We spent the second part of our honeymoon here it was faultless! The staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Serkan who made our entire experience what it was by being so hospitable. We stayed in Room 222 which was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a beautiful view and a jacuzzi which was great to use during sunset. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but ultimately was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant (Milo by Roas) also had amazing views and was simply superb! The food was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast in particular was some of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We found ourselves coming back to the restaurant on numerous occasions. All of the food was very reasonably priced too. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Location of the hotel was quiet and convenient with the central areas only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Bitez beach is just a short walk away. Reception staff would call a taxi from a reliable company for us which was great. Prior to booking the customer service via WhatsApp was also fantastic. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in dozens of domestic and foreign hotels and I have never encountered such a disgraceful business and operator. Don't be fooled by the good comments received thanks to its operators in previous years, it is in a very bad condition right now. The public areas of the hotel are covered in dust and filth, dead bugs on the stairs. When you enter the room they give as a cleaned room, a thick smell of dirty wet cloth welcomes you, the bottom of the bed in the room may not have been swept for at least 1 year. The carpet around the bed has turned gray from dust and filth. Sparkling water in the bathroom. Air conditioner hasn't been cleaned in years. Even a light tap on the sofa raises a cloud of dust. You can't see yourself in the mirror because of the mess. Just like abandoned houses in horror movies, my allergy attack started within 5 minutes of entering the room. I do not even go into the details of the arrogance of the operator and the fact that he gave us a hotel management lesson with his scarce knowledge! We left the room within a few hours at the expense of burning the money we paid in advance for 2 days. When we asked for a refund of our money for at least 1 day, disrespectful speeches and threats were added to the arrogance. Totally REASONABLE!

Nice hotel and staff. Wonderful breakfast in the restaurant with breathtaking view. Pool outside was very cold in the beginning of November. Room was clean and nice. We love this wonderful castle very much. One thing that made us sad- We leave hotel 6 am and ask for lunch box with breakfast. The staff on the front desk said that in the morning everything will be ready, however nobody prepare it for us( and just collect in a hurry couple hard croissants(((

I really don’t like giving poor reviews but although there were some good points with this All inclusive 5star hotel there were quite a few negatives. We arrived at 4am due to flight being delayed and first (tired ) impressions were reasonable. Fairly quick check in and shown to our (sea view) room. Bed was comfortable. We got up about 9:30 and noticed our room was what could only be described as grubby. Dirty looking marks all over and yellowing on all white surfaces(walls and wardrobes). We did have a sea view but it was over some other accommodation so a distant view. Overall food was reasonable,decent choice and well cooked. Problem was there was never enough cutlery and I was just amazed that the problem wasn’t solved after a the first day of problems. If I had been the restaurant manager then I would have bought another 500 hundred sets myself rather than have the embarrassment of keep saying sorry to guests night after night. Same thing with the fruit juice machines, always empty with only half the guests thirst quenched. Never known anything like it, even in 2 star hotels. Beach was lovely and was always crowded with the pool areas staying empty. Pool bars and snack bar excellent as was the beach bar. Lobby bar was a lovely place to st and have a drink in the evening but after 9 pm it was only paper cups as although they kept collecting empty glasses no one ever washe them up 😂. Beds were made every morning though the rooms were never cleaned and toilet rolls seemed to be a scarcity and a couple times the dirty towels were taken away without leaving replacements though quickly rectified by a call to reception. Don’t expect your free drinks in your fridge to be replenished either. Most staff were ok though a few were excellent and a few were grumpy. All in all we had a good break but wasn’t the 5 star luxury we were expecting. Maybe 3 star + Disappointing overall is how I’m remembering it. I just remembered that we were WhatsApped by a guy named Bülent on our first morning and asked to go to a meeting with him at midday. We got there and all the new guests were present and he started off giving good info about hotel but it turned into a hard sell of attractions. We paid 30 euros each for a spa and massage experience away from the hotel and were promised it would be excellent but it wasn’t, it was dirty and awful backstreet sauna that no one was comfortable with. We also paid 50euros each for a boat trip that was amazing but if you book from the guys down the beach it was only 25 euros 😞. Don’t be fooled by Bülent, he is not your friend.

It had a very beautiful and pleasant environment with its position. My girlfriend and I made a very beautiful holiday with my girlfriend. We were very happy and very happy with the *** meat was lazy and kind in the caisan. This was very close and very nice at the coastal walk.

The star of this hotel is Sevgi, she worked prominently in the roof top pool bar, but also the restaurant and main bar at night time. She is a real asset, friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She certainly made us feel welcome from the start and made our holiday. It's always nice to see a friendly face. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, decided to go back to see what it was like now. The reception area had been upgraded and the room we had was a good size with a good view. This was a superior room. My daughter and her partner wasn't so lucky in a club room, this was very dated and in need of refurbishment and a good clean. However, Ali the on site rep was very helpful and got them moved into a more suitable room that was much better. He was always in reception in the mornings so if you needed him he was easy to find. If we ran out of anything in the room the cleaning staff as well as reception were very helpful. The food was very good, always plenty of choice and the restaurant staff were always busy refilling the dishes. The staff were pleasant and would chat and acknowledge you when you walked in the restaurant. The bar area in the evening was outside, usually plenty of seats and staff were good at getting chairs etc for people if needed. The downside was the entertainment which consisted of a DJ each evening, sometimes the music was too loud to talk. On the whole it was a good holiday, especially for the price we paid. Access to Bodrum is easy and cheap via regular minibuses that picked up outside the hotel. Although the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC in places it was a good value holiday.

I was very satisfied with the hotel.Location is good ( near Myndos Gate) .There is no “Sea View” but all the remarkable places are still in a walking distance! Food in restaurant is delicious and a little bit more expensive than in Bodrum common places!Service is good as well .A huge advantage of the hotel : Free of charge - SPA zone . Everything is included except massage & relax programs ! The only one minus which was observed in case if it was 5- star hotel the rooms were not spacious enough !!! Relation between price & quality of the hotel is reasonable ! I would definitely recommend it !

We stayed at hotel for 10 days and the whole experience is been lovely! The rooms were very clean and the hotel definitely looks better than in the photos, it was a nice surprise to see that! Staff were always helping and trying to assist everyone, except the reception team, some of the members couldn’t really speak any English, which we found a bit surprising, but it wasn’t a big of a problem. The food was really good and tasty but sometimes a bit repetitive but that’s understandable since it is a buffet. What was a bit annoying is that some evenings it was very packed and people were just skipping the queue when getting food. The animation activities were lovely and there’s was something to please everyone, from volleyball to dart games. Every evening different shows were on which made it very interesting. A big thanks to Seyfi (one of the animators) for making us feel welcome and checking on us every day to ensure that we are enjoying our stay to the fullest! The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the location; the hotel is very secluded from everything so we always had to take taxis to go town, in the evenings it can get a bit boring since there’s nowhere to go for a walk near the beach which makes you very stagnant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, it’s definitely been a lovely experience and surprised by so many staff members that have definitely been super super nice and professional!
