Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Wish the pool was a little bigger but would stay here again

Our stay was great. Wonderful beds, close to shopping, convenient parking. The one draw back was despite a very clean room, it smelled really musty until we got the HVAC going. We'd shut it off when leaving and then on return to the room had the same musty smell. Not sure if once the air conditioner was going we just didn't smell it anymore or if it was stripping the moisture from the air, maybe we just got used to it.
Definitely not a minus on the whole property, it was great. The breakfast was abundant, with lots of room for all of the guests, very well set up. We would stay there again, just not in room 217.

Room had some cleanliness issues, which were minor. Breakfast spread was great, it was fresh and had a good assortment. The only downfall was the mix up in the reservation on Expedias end. Which resulted in the staff knocking on our door early the second day, claiming that they didn’t know we were there. Despite one of them being there at check in to give us our room keys. Besides this, it was a good hotel to stay at during a busy basketball weekend in that area.

Good location to our event, and close by restaurant choices.
My only complaint was lack of parking, but that was due to a very busy weekend and dance competition in town.

U have more guests than parking. I had to park half on the curb and half on the grass like probably 30 other people! Cars were parked in the drop off zone too.. I couldn’t believe the mess of parking. Also clearly weren’t prepared for the people - came to breakfast 10 mins after it started and no where to sit… little food… and messy.

Asked for room service the first of the 2 days we stayed there was told we weren’t a priority due to them having a block of rooms sold! Need new towels due to one of my young children throwing up was told didn’t have enough for me due to the block of rooms!

Shuttle drivers are great guys. Good breakfast options. DOVE products in bathroom. Windows open.
I didn't get the room l selected that was shown on Orbitz website. I would have had to pay extra...didn't feel that was fair. Front desk clerk says he would have to look into the discrepancy. One suggestion about the room is to use brighter bulbs in the lamps. It was so dim in the room.
