The good: room was huge. Hot tub was nice.
The bad: bed was stiff as a board and I’ve had a sore back for two days. The bathroom was very small, the TV was even smaller. The carpet was filthy. It has more than likely, never cleaned. So dirty it literally stained a towel we put on the floor on the outside of the jacuzzi

Staff were friendly at check-in the room was clean but a little out dated. The hot tub was down awaiting parts, the continental breakfast wasn’t great the only hot item was a waffle but the area was clean and cozy feeling. Not many hotels in the area so if I had to I would probably stay there again.

It is a nice hotel, i just didn't appreciate the staff asking me what room i was in every time i asked for something, also we left due to a family emergency and forgot to check out do they are trying to charge me an extra $250 dollars which I'm not paying!

The stay was fine. Check-in was easy, we had a late arrival, the young man was friendly and informative. The breakfast was okay, could've had some hot options other then warming up an omelet in the microwave. We still had a filling breakfast regardless. Perhaps update some pictures on the website online looks like older pictures kind of misleading.

Property is dated, but clean. Staff was super friendly. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice. I read reviews complaining about the free breakfast. I thought they had a lot of options for a quick warm or cold breakfast. I mean, there are make-your-own waffles. The beds were really uncomfortable, but for the price, we didn’t expect to be sleeping on a cloud. Heads up, no elevator to second floor. All in all, we were happy with our stay!

After hiking all day, I was looking forward to sitting in the jacuzzi. The Jets were not working they had a sign posted out of order. That was a little disappointing.

Rooms: very clean, comfortable, updated
Interior of Building: redecorated, new furniture, fireplace
Exterior: newly painted, grounds well-maintained and clean
Over-all: like a new building with new management & staff
looking forward to staying there again & again.

The room carpet was filthy. Poor breakfast. Never unlocked the breakfast fridge until breakfast was almost over. Literally 3 small milks for cereal for everyone in the bldg. no water pressure in shower. Barely a sprinkle. No room service. Take care of your own trash, beds and towels. Disappointing to say the least.
