The ambiance of the deluxe corner room I got somehow reminded me of Manila Hotel's 5-star accommodation. CR is very spacious. The basics are here: mini ref, electronic safe, & even gas masks (a first for me)! But for me, the ability to use the smart tv coupled with a strong WiFi connection is the winner! My daughter was very happy when she found out she can watch her fave kids' shows in Netflix. Slept comfortably in the cost bed. I guess one thing this hotel could improve on is the quality of the food they are serving at breakfast. It was just too...regular. It would be nice if they served something unique from Bohol. But this is just my personal preference. Other than this, Kew Hotel delivers an impressive array of hospitality and service that will surely linger in the minds of its guests even after check out.

Booked this hotel through agoda. And reason why i use these booking platforms is because i can see the pictures of my desired room. Instead of calling them and booking directly to them. When we arrived, though they allowed us to check in at 12nn, they have given us an entirely different room from the one in the picture. I booked a twin room and they’ve given us 1 double bed room. I booked a room with a window and they’ve given us a very dark lit room. When i complained, they allowed us to do a show room of the twin room. But because we’re all tired of the very early morning flight and we’re all hungry (past lunchtime), we rather chose to settle with the 1st one they’ve given us as we’re too tired to transfer all of our things again. The hotel was very near malls, convenient stores and fastfood chains. I had no problems choosing what to eat for my picky eater 5yr old son. It was along the highway, so we can also ride tricycles right in front of our hotel. It was near the St. Joseph the worker Cathedral. We went on a Sunday and my husband’s birthday so we were able to hear mass that day. At first, When i booked them, i messaged the hotel if they can provide a little something for my husband’s birthday like a mini cupcake will do and i will just have to pay for it. But they did not reply to my request. When i got to the hotel i understood why. It’s just not that kind of hotel. For me, this is just a 1-2 stars hotel. It’s a very old hotel. They’re doing renovations though. I had no problems with my airport transfer, as when we landed their van is already there. But we had to pay 600 pesos for the transfer which is i think is way too much. We could have booked a taxi instead and pay lesser. They’re very accommodating too with our seaport transfer which is free. As we have decided to go to cebu after bohol. There’s not enough legroom for the 3 of us, though the bathroom was big. Speaking of the bathroom, their hot and cold shower doesn’t work properly. I would have suggested for them to change it in a normal water heater instead of having a centralized one. You will end up showering with a very cold water.. that will suddenly be a too hot water after a few seconds then it will turn cold again. I had a hard time bathing my son because of this. Their restaurant were under renovations so there’s no good ambiance while having your breakfast. Their free breakfast is just ok. It’s not good.. but it’s not that bad. The staff were nice except for the ones in the reception area. Overall i would rate this hotel a 2 stars only as it wasn’t really the one i’m expecting in the pictures. The pictures were misleading. I could have booked a much better hotel with the same rate.

I stayed there 5 days. They only serve breakfast, but with real brewed coffee and real Milk (no cream powder). The staff and the service are excellent. You ask for something and they almost run. They are always very happy to serve you and accomodate you in any request you have. They deserve 5 stars, but I gave 4 for the following reason : One day, as I was sitting quietly and reasing, 4 young guys around 18 years old came in and sit not too far from me. They were talking lound and using the wifi. I asked them if they had a room here and they said no. So I asked them to leave, but I had to ask them 3 times before they finally left. The manager was not there. There was only the maintenance man and 1 lady busy cleaning the rooms. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED. I hope future guest wont have to live that. Besides this non necessary event during my 5 days stay, I do recommend this hotel because everything else was more than perfect.

The price is very good and breakfast is also. The staff is nice. However, in 2 rooms, one has no window and the other has a noisy air conditioner. With other meals, you can pass. I ordered a burger, but it was not cooked well. I asked for the cooking well. The burger returned to me yet not cooked. In fact, it is the worst burger I eaten in my life. In fact, I didn't eat it, because I didn't want to be sick. They were about 4 servers, but no one thought to bring a glass of water.

We recently stayed at the Mithi for one week on November and it was a beautiful hotel to stay at, the pool and views are beautiful, we did snorkelling just off the beach the hotel has a boat and they will take you out to the reef which is really good, the rooms are cleaned great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful they are all great, the food is very nice but you do need to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu, there is not much around so you do need to rent a motor bike or pay for a tuk tuk to see the island, I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou for a great holiday! Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

Just want to say how wonderful the Natura Vista is, staff are professional and well organized and the place has a wonderful relaxed and island type feel - perfect for the location. We booked several rooms, for 4 nights; there were 21 of us, several family groups. The rooms were well appointed, everything worked as described, the personal nice touches, such as treats, folded towels were also sweet. Everyone loved the place and it was so nice next to the beach, plenty to do around the location. Price was fantastic, really was a perfect experience and it complimented to destination so well. Its character really does make this a unique location worthy of a five star rating. Would highly recommend, Thank you everyone at Natura Vista for making this a wonderful visit.

Henann Resort lives up to its name. When renting a Villa, you are VIP so you truly get to feel superior thanks to the kind and accommodating staff. You get access to amenities that only Suites/Villas can. We rented one night only but will definitely book longer next time.
