Amazing service, very kind staff. Very nice sized room and comfortable bed. Very clean and with attention to details. Very good breakfast with a lot to choose from. A bit far from the center by foot, but a small bus ride from the nearest bus station.

Hotel close to the historic center, very warm welcome from the staff who provide good advice. the rooms are spacious, very comfortable bedding. The only criticism for this high standard hotel is the fruit juices served at breakfast, which are only chemical, which is a shame.

Good city hotel on the outskirts of the city, but still well connected by bus.

The service is pretty good and it's relatively close to the center of Bologna. It's a good value for money hotel. The hotel does not include breakfast, but paying an additional 9 euros for breakfast is okay and highly recommended!

Very clean and new hotel, super friendly and friendly staff and very good breakfast. The center is about 20-25 minutes walk but it is a pleasant walk

We felt so welcome from the moment we entered the lobby. We had been having travel delays and they made our short stay super easy. We generally don't eat in hotel restaurants but given time constraints we had dinner and it really was one of the best we had in Italy ❤️

We booked our room months early, confirmed days before and yet were given an "accessible room" that we did not book and had arrived only 2.5 hrs after check in time, and people were checking in after us. We did request and were given a correct room for the 2nd night. Other than that this hotel is really clean, staff are great and the breakfast is amazing. But if a hike from Bologna Centrale.

We had an amazing stay but sadly right at the end it was a huge let down. Due to a conference we couldn’t sit down and enjoy the hotel and couldn’t get a glass of water. So no options if you are back early from a day out. It seems to be a regular procedure. Breakfast was also a huge disappointment. The staff however and the rooms were great and excellent value

Great first time in Italy, amazing hotel staff. Will come back for sure.

Beautiful property, really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will return and maybe try the jacuzzi this time
