Everything you need for a short stay in Bologna! The room is spotlessly clean less than 15' walk from the main square and all the restaurants and shops. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to what we needed. I highly recommend

I liked that i was able to acces in fully autonomy and the host was prompt. Was very clean and confortable . The bed was great. All the appliances worked. Easy to access with accessible lift and it was clean and room was large for us. Very close to train station and all the main sites.

The apartment itself was ideal with everything that you could ask for a 2 week stay. The kitchen was large with a couch and a table & chairs. It had a washing machine and a drying rack for washing clothes. a big fridge and a great stove, the apartment was within walking distance to the centre of town approximately 20 minutes. There was a supermarket and several cafes within 5 minutes walk away

The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. I received all the instructions via email and was able to check into my room without any problems. The room was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, and the capsule coffee maker was a nice addition.

We visited the Frassinago Suites and the door was broken so we couldn't get inside.There was only a lady from Ukraine (housekeeping)who could not speak English to explain and we also gave her a shampoo to give it back the next day and she never did that.Also there were no adaptors and we called them and they just recommended to go for shopping adaptors.Rediculus hospitality and not professional at all!20 minutes by walk from the centre.So no good location.

We stayed in Frassinago Suites in October. The location of the structure is beautiful and central, close to the best attractions of the city. Unfortunately the value for money was not satisfactory, as the hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. Definitely needs improvement.

The apartment is easy to access, very well located close to the historic city center. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, very clean and with everything you need, including coffee capsules. The shower has good taps (which is not the case in many hotels).

Carissimo per quello che offre la struttura Abbiamo pagato 450€ per due notti per aver dovuto dormire in un letto assolutamente pessimo con materasso sfondato e che onestamente non si trova nemmeno nei peggiori ostelli. Pulizia discreta. Colazione assente solo 4 cialde per il caffè Deposito dei bagagli in uno stanzino con una porta che dava sulla strada che rimaneva aperta La rabbia è stata di aver speso così tanti soldi per un pernottamento da dimenticare!
