A great little resort and perfect for families. We had a car so we drove to the mountains and did some rafting and ate in some 农家乐！The pool was the highlight for my kids they spent most of their time there. Complimentary breakfast was simple yet fulfilling. House keeping was always more than happy to bring us more towels for the pool and bottled water. We book two rooms and stayed two night and no complaints from my family. You are a little away from shops though so having a car was an advantage. Lots of beautiful gardens perfect for morning walks. Will come back again.

Good for one night if you are visiting the Austrian village. There is not much to do in the area at night as all stores and restaurants close at 7pm, but the hotel has great views, and nice breakfast.

衝著酒店能釣魚選擇入住，剛來到酒店前台諮詢了下釣魚台如何走，前台香香小姐姐很耐心地指路，還帶我們看房型，推薦的房型很好帶陽台住着很舒服，景色好，衞生也很乾凈，晚上還送了水果。白天忘記帶傘雨大被困在小鎮，前台香香小姐姐知道後立馬帶着傘來接，太貼心啦，超讚超棒的！！！

連續住了三晚，每次都很滿意。景區的風景也還可以。特別是前台香香的服務周到，服務太好了。這次的體驗感不錯。退房時還送了小禮品，給香香的服務給個大大的點贊！

週末帶小朋友過來玩，總體來説還是比較滿意的。酒店配套設施一般，沒有温泉，泳池已經開放了，不過天氣比較冷，沒法使用感覺四星級的水平。而且當天自助晚餐估計人太多了，被分到金色大廳那邊臨時吃飯，自助晚餐東西沒得快補的慢，這個非常不好。第二天的早餐很不錯的，種類豐富，確實五星級水平。
酒店離哈斯塔特小鎮很近，小鎮不大，步行就行。好玩的例如燒玻璃、小童樂園、巧克力工坊、玻璃橋、蠟像館、攀巖等等都離的很近，走在小鎮上還是非常有異域風情。晚上的大型劇本殺還是挺不錯的，小朋友玩的很投入。離廣州很近，值得來玩。

五一出行 因為女兒喜歡泡澡所以訂了帶浴缸的房間 但是那個房間並沒有套餐，預約演出時席位比較緊張， 希望有看演出家庭需求的家庭提前做好攻略 和預訂。 園區內親子設施很豐富，體驗很不錯，房間乾淨佈局合理，望出去風景童話感很強。最後特別感謝“司南 ” 先生在協調各種問題時表現出的專業度和設身處地的支持！ ❤️
