Have asked for a quiet room but got a room on the lowest floor opposite the bus stop. Even wearing earplugs, the noise of the nearby room slamming the door was clear. Could hear the noise from the early bus. Breakfast has limited options, only meat, without Swedish sill or gravad lax and using instant-made pancake. Evening and morning staffs are friendly and helpful. Afternoon young staffs were busy chatting with each other.

We were delighted with the accommodation. Clean rooms and perfect for families, with 2-3 Children. Super rich breakfast, nice jacuzzi, and sauna, only about 20 minutes far from Ulricehamn Skii resort, for us has been perfect.

Always stay here while visiting Borås. Friendly staff, great location. Rooms are fantastic and breakfast buffet is excellent.

Tidy, nice Hotel in the city. Everything in Boras (Pubs, restaurants) could reach by foot. TOP employees (very kindly and helpful) and delicious breakfast. You could park in the parking garage (a little bit small)

Breakfast is fantastic, staff is helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate 🤗 there is also a small spa section which is lovely. We spent one night there we are a family of four. Had a great time. The restaurant has lovely food.

A family friendly Hotel with excellent value for money! Convenient parking directly under the Hotel came in hands on the rainy weekend we spent in Borås. Lovely and well selenets breakfast was offered in the morning! The relax area was better than expected! Would love to stay again!

Party in the hotel, despite that the staff said it would stop, very dirty room, very expensive 330 USD one night, the drain in the bathroom didn't work, you get questioned why you are there, long way to parking space, not even a bottle of water in the room, no minibar, old smell in the room of dust and not fresh at all.....

Excellent stay. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating, fantastic service. Nice rooms and great breakfast. Location is very central and easy to get in and out of. Stayed many times through the last 7 or 8 years and have always had a top notch experience.

Scandic Plaza in Borås is a nice place to visit. I can recommedn the restaurant, good food an fantastic staff. In the midel of the city, near water and I'd found parkingplaces. Nice and clean hotell. Everyone says halloor welcome.

My three criteria are comfort, clean and calm. It was very comfortable and clean but it was very noisy. The cars outside kept me awake. The staff is friendly and the location great but would recommend choosing rooms away from the street if possible. Otherwise one could have just slept in the car and saved money if the point is not to sleep.

We had a good experience with our stay at this hotel in downtown Borås. Close to everything, I'd say. Rooms where oki and clean. We had our kids with us. They sleept well and one noticed that the hotel staff were use to having children as guests. Very friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of room for moving around. Also toilets and play room close by. Alot of families staying at this hotel. So if you are looking for a quiet retreat you might wanna look elsewhere. We would definitely check in again if we are ever in Borås again.

Wonderful staying at Plaza. Nice concern for children. Good dinner and breakfast. Difficult to understand the garage though! Othervise, all my credits. The staff where supportive. We can highly recommend this hotell, especially during the summer....

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a good and quiet location, although in the very centre of the city. It offers excellent breakfasts with delicious coffee. The hotel staff is very professional, kind and always helpful. The room is comfortable, it's a pity that there is no tea set as standard, although you can borrow a kettle at the reception. Great relaxation area and bicycles available to guests

We had 3 wonderful days in Boras, the room was spacious, airy and clean. We love the heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is the best one we have ever had. So many options, also for vegans. We loved everything.
