"On the third day, I asked for breakfast thirty minutes earlier because I had originally planned to take the bus to visit Canfranc. But it was pouring rain that day, and I stayed. In the afternoon, I was severely berated by the host. "You made me get up an hour earlier for nothing!" she shouted, and she told me I was being disrespectful. I thought to myself, being a host means making the guest's stay comfortable, not the other way around? After that, she looked for reasons to remain unpleasant, and I left three days earlier as planned."

"Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory."

"Value vs benefit = dreadful. Can’t believe we paid 275€ for one night in this hotel - in the photos it does look very nice but the hotel rooms are tired and not well kept at all. The toilet flush keeps running non stop at fault and when you shower everything leaks. The “spa” is more like a kindergarten as even last 18;30 there are loads of kids screaming and running around - the staff despite being prompted didn’t do anything . The conditions of the pool and alleged “sauna and steam rooms” need an urgent clean up as there is lots of traces of mould - this pool was clearly done 40 years ago and not maintained at all. Instead of clearing also the snow from the balcony so people could see into the view, the hotel didn’t bother at all which just looked like a load of snow dumped"

"Room was clean but not even a bottle of water ,the bathroom had various faults the bed was not made and towels not changed over a period of 3 nights. Food was poor and the staff were not exactly tidy ,when we asked for a bread roll or sandwich on arrival the rather scruffy guy went of to make it when he returned with two bread rolls he duly passed them to us no serviet plate ,terrible "
