Good apar**ent. The apar**ent is good although older than in the photos. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. The heating works perfectly. The bathroom is spacious and has soap, gel and shampoo. I think they should improve this aspect and include reusable and refillable ones instead of sachets. Poor light in general. The swimming pool is very good. Very convenient free parking.

We have spent 8 nights and we have been very comfortable. Two adults with two children in a spacious and comfortable duplex. Cleaning every day without any problem. Super friendly staff. We miss some maintenance: light bulbs that flicker, cabinet knobs that fall, toilet chain that gets caught, refrigerator that freezes food, tiny TV from a thousand years ago...Very cozy, worth repeating!

We liked the aparthotel a lot! Comfortable, practical and well located. But without a doubt the best has been Carmen! He was the person who assisted us at the reception at all times, and gave us very good recommendations (places to visit, routes to do, restaurants to go to, etc.), in addition to always having a super nice and close trea**ent with us. We were very sorry to have to leave, and we will return as soon as we have the opportunity :)

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Se echa en falta una tostadora.
Aunque se anuncia con fotografías los apartamentos con terraza, en algunos no los hay. Se debería la hora de alquilar el apartamento que seleccionas si tiene o no terraza.

Résidence de tourisme bien située, appartements meublés avec gout comme l'accueil, bonne literie mais les coussins sont un peu trop plats pour nous, nous avons apprécié la propreté tant de la résidence que de notre appartement. Le personnel de l'accueil est agréable et à l"écoute.

El hotel esta bien como siempre, pero tuvimos un problema con la reserva, la hicimos con desayuno incluido con cargo adicional pero al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no había servicio de restauración, al intentar solucionarlo ni hoteles/******* ni el hotel nos ofrecieron ninguna solución razonable. Después de reclamar en at.al cliente nos ofrecieron un vale descuento de 10€ que no supo justificar ... cuando la diferencia era de mas de 20 .. no es tanto la cantidad sino la falta de profesionalidad en solucionar el problema .. lo mas sorprendente es que ya en la habitación verifique la disponibilidad y precios en el alojamiento siendo los mismos, o sea que no hubo fluctuación de precios como adujo la de at. al cliente ... por lo que esta claro que alguien se embolsa la diferencia ... tengo claro que si no se resuelve de manera razonable ya noas han visto el pelo.
