Quiet neighborhood. Home is updated and new. Very clean and quiet. The Space has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Full bedroom, bathroom with rain shower and full washer/dryer. Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. No burning candles or incense. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space.
