Cedar Court Bradford Hotel

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

I attended an artists' conference, and we have some quirky personalities to say the least. Of course, getting a huge number of people together always has its challenges, and the staff met us with nothing but smiles and enthusiasm, no matter how odd the request - or the person making it! Naz and Josh worked tirelessly to ensure our needs were met. Mary and Antonia were most often there to ensure our glasses were never empty, and to offer advice for local shopping. The staff patiently explained things to us as unfamiliar Americans, good-naturedly pointing us in correct directions and correcting us so as to prevent future faux pas. Certainly, the Cedar Bradford staff we encountered enjoyed their jobs and working with each other, which says a lot for the facility and management. Such a wonderful staff made for a wonderful experience, from the impeccably clean and refreshed rooms to the smooth flow of check-in and check-out. All of my needs were met so very comfortably. I am visiting this hotel as part of a conference and I had to check in a day early. There was a mix-up in my reservation - there wasn't one. - and when I arrived at the hotel I met Vivian - the person at the reception desk. Even though there was no record of my reservation (not a fault of the hotel) Vivian assured me she would help me to sort out the situation. While attending to this, at the same time, Vivian made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She walked me over to where I might "perch" for a bit and offered me a coffee while I waited. She made several calls and in a short time, got the information needed to allow me to check in, even just a bit early. Having been traveling for about 24 hours, I was very appreciative of getting in my room and relaxing a bit. I travel quite extensively for my business and have many times encountered people in Vivian's position who were very nice, courteous, and helpful. Vivian however, took this to a different level and made me feel like I was being attended to by a professional. A professional who cares very much, about me as a customer but also understands that she is a representative of a company. To this end, I believe Vivian exemplifies exactly what a person in her position should be - caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout my stay at the hotel, Vivian has remained the same helpful and welcoming person I first met and has proved to be the same, with my colleagues here at the conference. It's a delight to be able to write a review such as this about someone like Vivian and place praise where it is so richly deserved.

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights and would definitely stay again, rooms were lovely with plenty of sockets to charge phone close to your bed and beside the tv, food was lovely with one of the best burgers ive had working away the past year. Bar had a good selection of drafts with Uzma and Greashma being stand out workers behind the bar with their politeness and thoughtfulness, will be recommending this place for all my life

Ahh what a place.. rooms fantastic, fantastic gym a bit dated could do with some new equipment but overall ok and spa, excellent value for money. The bar staff couldn’t be any better Uzma and Greashma couldn’t do enough for us absolutely five star.

The hotel was amazing and enjoyed every minute of my stay there friendly staff special mention to naz zee iqrah bismah as they looked after me and my friends for the stay food was amazing and quick service and room was everything you need would happily go again when I’m next in that location

Lovely place to stay, staff were super helpful, kind, positive, welcoming and funny too. It is the staff that make this place truly worth staying at.
