We stayed 3 nights at here. Absolutely superb. Very nice room (205) All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast and Dinner were both lovely. Bradford-on-Avon is a nice little place

Recently visited for a Sunday lunch, together with family from Belgium. We wanted to show them how good a Sunday roast could be and we chose the right location. The food was delicious and plentiful. Good value for money as everything is cooked fresh.

Wow this a fantastic hotel and a great find, warm comfortable rooms, all nicely designed, amazing staff especially Olivia, nothing was too much trouble, my friends and I were made to feel very special. Ideal location.right on the river, easy access to the trains and buses. If you don't wish to eat at the hotel, other places were just as friendly and welcoming, all within walking distance. Would highly recommend, definitley going back.

Came for lunch over the bank holiday weekend. Everyone’s food was superb but the Venison sausage and truffle mash was absolutely incredible. Our waitress was so lovely and was on hand for our every need. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely relaxing lunch. I’d come here every weekend if I could.

We were welcomed warmly and our entire check-in process was smooth. the room was great for us and had a very pretty view. We had dinner on the first night at Timbrells and the food was so delicious and very filling! It was anniversary so they made us feel very special. Breakfast options i licked with the room rate were the best I've ever experienced and service both mornings was great! Checking out was easy too and we were even able to leave our bags whilst we went for a coffee to kill time before our train. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Four couples stayed for three nights, eating in the restaurant and everything was great: food; drinks; room; service; and location. On the spur of the moment we hired a self-drive day boat on the canal which was the 'icing on the cake' of our trip - and even with that included ourt short break was excellent value for money.

A really lovely place to stay. Staff could not have been more attentive. Great food in the restaurant. We had a mezzanine room, which was perfect overlooking the river. Very comfortable clean and loved the classic fm radio. We will be back. Parked in the hotel which was so convenient.

We stayed at this hotel on a business visit. Our expectations were not high due to the standard of hotels of this type in the UK, however they were far exceeded in terms of friendliness, level of service, restaurant and the room which was simply fabulous. A real kudos goes to the guys who run the hotel, they manage to make you feel at home and you can breathe good humour throughout. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel when visiting family. We live outside the UK and our expectations were not high due to the standard of hotels of this type in the UK. However, our expectations were exceeded right down to friendliness, level of service, restaurant and room which was just fabulous with an imaginative style. Fully recommend a stay here if you are in the area.
