The lobby was nice and the staff helpful. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. I can’t rate the amenities as we just stop there to sleep.

Elevator has an expiration date from 08/2023, We are in 2024, in February, it should’ve been updated long ago

The first room the shower didn’t work but the staff changed it immediately. The second room had 1 light switch that controlled the TV, hall light, and fridge, I had to shut the only light switch to go to sleep, luckily I did not need the fridge. The second room bathroom wasn’t as clean as the first, several hairs, something brown on the floor and wall, the floor needs a good wipe down and the shower need some TLC.

The Hotel has gone down hill, run down. Sofa had holes in itDirty walls and bathroom door doesn’t close. We had same room as last year and things weren’t fixed. Next year we will chose a better hotel

I visit the Tampa area often and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Clean, friendly staff, convenient to restaurants and close to the highway to get around easily.

Room was clean and comfortable but the AC had hard time keeping room cool. Toilet in room had hard time flushing, Bathroom sink in room hard time draining. I got weird bites on my stomach while sleeping but I couldn’t find bed bugs when I *****ped the bed. Staff seemed like they’d rather be somewhere else but friendly when you spoke to them. The front desk bathroom was dirty. First morning I was there and used bathroom there was something black in the toilet. It was still there the next morning so I know it hadn’t been cleaned. And the floors around the stale doors that connected to the floor was very dirty. Breakfast eggs tasted like fake eggs and were not edible. Coffee was cold. The grounds and exterior were beautiful and nice with plenty of parking. Convenient location to everything.

In the room where I stayed, the tub had a ring/stain in the tub of the outline of a liner that probably used to be there. This was very unattractive. There was also black stains on the vent that appeared like mold. As for the bed, the mattress was a bit too firm for me.
