The First time in my life we had such informative receptionist, he informed us about all important things in the hotel and was super helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is pretty new at good price and really good equipped. I would choose the exact same hotel if I were in Mainz for the next time

Stayed here for a musical, it's an 8-minute walk to the theatre. Right outside, you'll find a bustling shopping street and a tram stop. A few stops on the tram takes you to the train station, and if you have a musical ticket, the ride is free. Very satisfied.

For a woman to stay alone, it's simply a disgrace - you have to get into the city either through a lonely, dirty, long underpass or a long, hidden footpath between the bicycle parking garage and the warehouses. There's no one there in the evening and not much going on during the day. When you return from the city in the evening, there are no groups you can join. You need to be with at least four people to feel comfortable. Nasty area!

The location is very convenient, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's facilities are average, and you can smell the smell of urine in the bathroom after entering the room. Although the cleaning is still clean, it is estimated that the water level has re-seepage or anti-odor.

In addition to the remote location, otherwise it is not the price now. There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat. Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
