"Modern business hotel or suitable for a short trip. The room is very sparsely furnished, with no place to put clothes. There was no chair, and the mattress was too soft for us. The bathroom is very small but okay, with a good walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with several good types of bread, but the selection of cold cuts and cheeses is rather limited."

"excellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level"

"Clean property, kind and helpful staff, ample breakfast, and a spacious room. For the first two days, there was a slight smoke smell, which was annoying for non-smokers like us. The shower drain was a bit clogged, and the water drained very slowly. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble."

"The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners."

"There is a bus stop right in front and across from the hotel. It was about half a hop and two stops away, so it was easy to move with a suitcase. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulously organized every day, so I felt good when I left and came back. I stayed in a 3-person room, and although the bed was small, I rested comfortably in my own bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly too!"

"The hotel is very quiet and safe in a residential area. The boss is very good at serving, the authentic German uncle. The room is big enough, which is rare in Europe. Warm heating is a warm and happy winter. It is about a kilometer from the city center and is within walking distance. Going to the pedestrian street, the shopping mall area is tired, eating enough to drink in the bar, then walking back, it is a wonderful memory!"

Unfortunately, the entire building is poorly soundproofed, you can hear people in other rooms. Check-in was professional, but could have been friendlier. Internet works, but it's slow.

The front desk has English service and the attitude is very good. The hotel is right by the Rhine River, with first-class scenery and a very quiet neighborhood.

GGuest UserThe hotel has really been renovated. When I went there, I was still working on the ceiling of the hall. The elevator was a bit swaying. I don’t know if it was also under renovation. The room space was OK. Two people were slightly crowded because the new decoration smelled, but the window could basically be scattered for a long time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
