"The room is relatively new and cost-effective, but also small. After checking in, we found out that many rooms on the first floor were being renovated, so we had to go through the renovated rooms to get to our room. There was no kettle."

The hotel is not equipped with a kettle, and the kettle is standard in many German hotels."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble."

"The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk.
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes.
Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners."

The First time in my life we had such informative receptionist, he informed us about all important things in the hotel and was super helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is pretty new at good price and really good equipped. I would choose the exact same hotel if I were in Mainz for the next time

Stayed here for a musical, it's an 8-minute walk to the theatre. Right outside, you'll find a bustling shopping street and a tram stop. A few stops on the tram takes you to the train station, and if you have a musical ticket, the ride is free. Very satisfied.

Guest UserThe hotel was indeed under renovation. When I went there, they were still working on the ceiling in the lobby. The elevator was a bit shaky, I don’t know if it was because it was also under renovation. The room space was okay, a little cramped for two people. There was a smell because of the new renovation, but it was fine to let it out after opening the window for half a day.

The hotel's facilities are average, and you can smell the smell of urine in the bathroom after entering the room. In addition to the remote location, otherwise it is not the price now.
There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat.
Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
