The rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better. The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added. For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited. The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Dede, the Front Office Manager in charge, for handling situations that should not have occurred with great professionalism. Overall, my stay at Hotel Nemuru was a memorable experience for me and my family. That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. positif review : very good view, fresh air, free from vehicles polution, room very clean, service very good, food in the restaurant is also very delicious, their speciality is indonesian food and arabian food. oxtail soup very tender and tasty, arabian desert i very good too. room with bath tub is also very nice because we can see starry skies. just like bath in nature. need improvement: hot water run out so quickly. overall so good, will definitely come back.

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

I had a pleasant stay at The Green Peak, ARTOTEL. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it a great place to unwind. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. I especially liked the overall design and the comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outdoor areas added a nice touch to the experience. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough variety to start the day. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. Definitely great value for money, and I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip.
