Hotels with Breakfast in Mulathing

Centrally located close to domestic airport, gas station and supermarket. Hotel appears to be converted from an old building but is nicely maintained with a charming lobby. Room size is bigger than other Iceland hotels. Shower is only separated from toilet by a shower curtain, so bathroom would get a bit wet but not a big issue. Both dinner and breakfast are good. Better reserve for dinner as it gets busy. O sure washing machine is handy, although may need to wait a bit as there is only one machine. Staff are generally helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

Behind the blue church, there are cool loft beds, but the room is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The room space is OK, there is no wardrobe for hanging clothes, only a few hangers, and the mirror in the toilet is not very friendly to the short Asians (like me) Because it is off-season, the whole town is super quiet and there are not many choices for eating. In addition, the owner of this hotel has several buildings in this town, don't go wrong

Beautiful stay in the midst of nature. Spacious room and bathroom with lake view. There’s spa and heated pool in the premises. The road to the hotel as well as the surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast spread was good. It’s just 10mins away from Hengifoss waterfall by car.

The room is very open, the health is very good, the environment is small but complete! The only downside is that the sound insulation problem needs to be improved. But as a homestay, the environment is very good, although there is a distance from the city center, parking and watching the aurora are very convenient!

Nice hostel with common shared space and kitchen, next to Nettó supermarket. There is a laundromat next door (at the camping place), used with extra fee. 30 mins drive from the Hengifoss

The scenery was excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean. Very good utilities for cooking.

This time I went to Iceland to choose to stay at the Franz de Guesthouse. The hotel is located in a fishing village, Matou, beautiful scenery, neat rooms, fully equipped public kitchens, the landlord is very hospitable, making people feel at home, very good, it is recommended

Hótel Valaskjálf is really awesome! Located in the center of Egilsstair, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was as soft as a cloud. The breakfast was super rich and I was very satisfied every day. The service staff is super kind and feels as warm as going home. Highly recommend people who come to East Iceland to live here!

Location: Good, located next to the lake, with restaurants and attractions nearby Facilities: We stayed in a two-person room on the third floor. The room was a bit small, and a suitcase larger than a boarding suitcase might get stuck; the extension cord had poor contact, the hot water pressure was sufficient, and it came with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and Conditioner; there is chess to play in the public area. But why does the 4-person room on the first floor have a hot water kettle (as seen through the window when walking by the lake), but not upstairs? ! Hotel is at our stop-overnight location. Good spot for star glazing and watching Northern Lights. Bed is comfortable, very quiet at night. Dinner were good and breakfast is moderate. They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrive early which is very nice.
