陳陳炎波Everything is good and great history of the Hotel and Anna being the wife of General Gabriala and except that there is only stairs leading to the hotel rooms, if you have big luggage that would be a bit difficult for transporting all luggage’s in and out. But the river view and the cleanliness compensated everything.

VValjoThis is a nice hotel but didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of furnishings and decor. The bedroom was a good size but rather plain with little on the walls, though the bed throw and curtains gave some colour. The bathroom was very small but the shower worked well. Similarly the dining room furniture and general appearance were a bit boring though there were 2 lovely murals showing the houses by the river. The furniture in the ' reading room' had been changed to dark brown. I had seen photos of red. Yes, it is in an old historic building but I had expected more luxury as it is a 4 star hotel. Having said all that the guy on reception gave us a lovely welcome, and a map with recommendations of where to go. We arrived early and put our luggage in the storage room which was good. We needed to get to the airport early and the receptionist arranged the shuttle to take us, which was great. It was well worth the price. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of foods including SO many types of pastries and croissants. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant the night before as the dining room did not look welcoming and was very quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price we paid which was significantly less on trip com than on its own website.

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

GGuest UserThe location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel.

LLorianeHotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there.

CCarmen Prieto DiazThe location is unbeatable!!! If it weren't for a pine tree, we would have seen the Leaning Tower from our window. The staff were lovely and let us store our luggage after check-out. The room is large but old and needs a renovation. The carpet was patchy and old, and details were damaged... Plus, since it was December 31st, it was quite expensive, and overall it was just an old room.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was already made up, which was really convenient. There was plenty of hot water, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was easy to walk over in the evening. The air conditioning worked great, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the street. Overall, though, the price was amazing – really great value for money!

RRChung_zelatorWent there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel .. breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests
