When we arrived, the room was 55 degrees. The boiler heat wouldn't heat the room. We had to keep the fireplace going and use a space heater that was present in the room. The room was not clean. We booked thru ******* and when we tried to address issues, there was no return phone call by Main Street Management.
We were told by ******* that Main Street said they didn't have to return our calls because we booked thru a third party. We do not recommend this place for your stay.

Our stay got off to a poor start. While the desk clerk provided good information, I became confused. When I asked for clarification on several items, she responded with a smirk. We both noticed this.
When we arrived at our room, the toilet overflowed through no fault of ours. The good news is maintenance, Steve, arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

Beautiful property conveniently located downtown Breckinridge. Everything is walkable. Room is nicely equipped, very clean and quiet.

Clean, comfy - I wish they had a screen for the patio door and windows that could open and have screens. It was uncomfortably hot.

Fantastic location on Main St. Beautiful walk by the river and everywhere in town! Room was nice, had a Studio. Full kitchen with everything you need. Small fridge in our unit but was worked for what we needed. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

It was absolutely beautiful, huge, en suite bathroom with whirlpool, tub and shower, double vanities, fireplace, TV, sitting room, full kitchen, with stocked cupboards, including dishes, and utensils. It was located just off of Main Street very close to shopping and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere.
