Oh where to start with this "hotel". I waited 3 weeks to write my review in hopes that some of the issues would be addressed but the still haven't so here it goes. Check-in was a disaster and the young lady that checked us in was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I was forced to provide a $50 deposit that wasn't disclosed until I was checking in AFTER I had already paid for my room in full weeks prior to my stay. Our room had dirty sheets that we had to change ourselves, cockroaches crawling up the walls and when I took the bugs to the front desk I was told by the staff that there was nothing they could do and they refused to change my room, we had no towels in our room upon check-in and had to ask the rude front desk staff for towels. The hotel was in all kinds of disrepair. There was literally a bathtub sitting in the hallway. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that management only comes in sometimes and there was no way to contact them until they showed up. I've called several times to speak with management about the issues I had during the stay and have been promised multiple times that they would call me back and I still haven't heard from them. AND the $50 hold still isn't released even though it's been THREE WEEKS since I checked out and was told that it would be released. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy and have never had a worse experience in my life. If I could rate zero I would. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!

Room was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. This hotel is undergoing renovation - and it needs it. The property is old, the elevator carpet was filthy. The bathtub had a large rust stain. The furniture was nicked and scraped. No grab bar in the tub, no hook in the bathroom. They advertise a breakfast buffet, but it's only an average hotel breakfast - not much selection. I found this hotel to be overrated on *******.

The hotel was surprisingly good. I was skeptical when I enter because it was empty but they are remodeling. The bed was comfortable. The front desk was very nice. Only thing I wish (unless I didnt see it) there was no pamphlet on basic info. I had to keep calling front desk for certain info such as wifi password, what time is check out etc. Otherwise, I was very comfortable.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel is currently under renovation but no inconvenience to guests!

The rooms were dated but clean. The property is undergoing major renovation so difficult to give a fair review of the property. Front desk staff were pleasant.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed two nights. We got stuck in the elevator for about a half hour. The Fire Department had to come and get us out. The staff volunteered to credit one night back for the inconvenience. They didn't have to do that, but it was nice of them.

Very nice , kept up property. Nice neighborhood. Only complaint was my pillows were to hard for my taste. Very nice breakfast and bar/restaurant on site.

Very unfriendly at check-in. Chelsea was her name. She didn't welcome us nor speak to us at any other time. The man who checked us out was not friendly at either. He seemed put out that I had questions about my bill. This was our third stay at Brentwood Suites. We will not stay here again.

12-15 minutes from downtown and other attractions. The rooms were clean and taking care of by service daily. The hot water was ample and lots of coffee in rooms and lobby. We enjoyed free parking, the 622 Restaurant and pub on site, and the complimentary breakfast served each morning and all for a competitive booking rate.

Great stay, the only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard, but other than that everything was fantastic. Location was great, service was too. Would book again.

The room was very nice, lots of space. The bed was not the most comfortable. Most of the staff at the desk were friendly and welcoming however, one in particular seemed somewhat grumpy. Had a similar experience with someone on the phone when I called with some questions. That said, I would stay here again.

They renovating so men were working belie us until i called at 8:19 pm and asked why they are drilling and hammering. It stopped immediately

We have stayed here many times and never disappointed. It is in a quiet area with easy access to major highways. When in Nashville, this is the only place we stay!

Everything and everyone was wonderful. Too bad you only have one bartender and Saturday is the day he has off. It would have been nice for the bar to be open on a Saturday.
