非常失敗的一次住宿，訂了兩晚一開始被安排426房間，結果房間外面就是中央空調和管道之類的東西，晚上凌晨兩點之後非常吵嚴重影響睡眠。第二天前台給換到另一排的房間沒有噪聲了。 攜程也幫忙處理了這個問題，攜程客服的態度還挺好的。
我覺得如何房間外面有固定噪聲源的話，酒店應該在房間介紹裏面明確説明，明知會吵還安排住宿這種做法非常坑人。

酒店環境整潔，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。外出購物非常的方便，酒店的大堂裝修豪華，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。酒店前台認真，酒店就在華光生活廣場裏面，有停車場，旁邊吃的很多，就在商場附近，位置很好。同時服務員也很熱情幾乎對於客人的要求是有求必應，是一個值得推薦的酒店。

1 現在居然還有不提供洗漱用品的酒店，前台就給兩把牙刷
2 窗户外面一堵牆，還有個空調外機，我的評價是不如無窗房，至少不吵
3 上面兩點其實沒有太大所謂，最離譜的是晚上兩點到四點隔十幾分鍾就會有尖鋭的滴滴聲音響兩下，很影響睡眠質量

前台小雨小姐姐太有耐心了， 人很好 有事幫忙辦理延遲退房了， 外賣地址送錯幫忙説地址 ，紙袋破了還給了袋子 ，很貼心 所有員工都是 很熱情 太感謝各位啦 服務態度一級棒 希望大家全都有愉快的體驗，在這裏住了兩三天了，感覺很滿意，房間每日也有給打掃得很乾凈，淋浴間和衞生間的乾濕分離很不錯，非常好，客房阿姨打掃房間還

真的是特別特別差勁的一個酒店，位置在一個停車場裏特別難找，打電話詢問前台，可是24號下午接電話的前台女接待員，態度極其惡劣，就會説你導航去，可是那犄角旮旯根本導航不到，衞生條件極其噁心，地上有粘稠液體物和毛髮，馬桶上有黑漬，沙發上有噁心的污漬，而且洗手枱下面全都腐爛，而且有黴菌，窗外不到2米就是工地，施工人員幾乎一兩步就能跨到窗户上，毫無私隱可言，而且白天施工，電鋸電鑽聲音簡直是地震山搖震耳欲聾，奇葩酒店居然有那麼多好評，真不知道哪來的這些好評，大家懂的自然懂，如果有不怕旅途留下噩夢就來住好了，前台那位接待員的惡劣態度整個居住過程當中絲毫沒有收斂，簡直毫不尊重客人，蠻橫到極點，説話全程都是在教訓人的語氣，大家可以來感受一下
