Airport hotel not that close from international… 35 minutes walk bus etc from international to your room so definitely grab a taxi to get there or to go to international… Other than that it’s not a 5 stars but a 4… without toothpaste or toothbrush neither complimentary water in your room…

Location was great, close to domestic airport. Room was spacious and clean with necessary amenities.

After getting off the plane, follow the road signs above. You will arrive at the hotel in about 15 minutes. Because the unit price is high, I think the quality of the accommodation you get is not up to par. It is worth about NT$3,000, but it is close to the early morning. When we arrived at the airport, there was a place where we could rest immediately, and I felt it was worth the fare!

The waiters are friendly and smiling. There are not many choices for breakfast and the environment is not bad.

The bed is very comfortable. There are 4 pillows per person, but I have to walk a long way with my luggage, which makes me tired.

The room is very big. It's still some distance from the airport and you need to take a taxi.

A captured market for the airport travellers being a few minutes walk from teh domestic terminal. Rooms are large but basic no frills having teh minumum for a bsuienss traveller. Wifi signal a bit variable. Cost is not cheap and charging $40 per day fpr parking....hmmm. Staff fantastic - couldn't be more helpful and friendly. F&B not cheap but good quality.

Orders placed incorrectly cannot be refunded

For a hotel rated by Trip.com a 5-star stay, it definitely didn't feel like a 5-star property. Not only was there no service offered or provided (carrying bags to the room, welcome at the entrance to the property, a complimentary bottle of water in the room), a normal expectation with a 5-star hotel, they actively charged for their shuttle service to the airport. It's an airport hotel - why am I paying for the room and the shuttle to a place that's within 5 minutes drive? I've never even heard of airport motels doing this, why is a '5-star hotel' trying to charge for this? I recommend Trip.com re-list this property as a 3-star; that would set expectations more appropriately. No service, clean, fairly spacious rooms, tiny gym, fairly close to the airport.
