Visited for contract work, beds comfortable, pub does excellent quality food. I’d like to mention Evie the female night attendant. Whilst I was having a coughing/asthma attack at 4am and went outside for fresh air, she came to see if I was okay. Reassured me she was able to do any CPR as she was previously trained, & reassured me they would help in an emergency. So for her human touch she gets a 10 stars out of 5 ! Thankyou Evie

Stayed here for 2 nights, for a wedding in Cirencester, the room was really clean and bed very comfy, however in need or a refurb the bathroom was very old and tired and not great. The cleaning staff do a great job as was really clean despite the age and state of the facilities. Marie on reception, what a lady, helped our friends get a room a bit early to get ready for the wedding as travelled same day and rescued me with a safety pin for my dress. The pub next door nice food and breakfast, This Premiere in needs a refresh big time , however the amazing staff and pub next door make up it somewhat,

Enjoyed the stay, staff excellent were very friendly and helpful likewise in the pub next door who offered good food and drinks. Breakfast was very good each morning, Small issue with room but still recommend and would go back.

This Premier Inn is very welcoming, central and a fab place to rest your head - the staff are great and a credit to the chain Glad it’s only two stories as there’s no lift Would highly recommend as a place to stay

This premier is very easy to get too. There is ample parking and the rooms were clean and tidy. But what set this hotel apart from others were the staff. We have been twice now and each time the staff were amazing. Friendly chatty and happy to help. The last time we were given a pack of biscuits and hot cholcate and when we got to our room we had a lovely little note and more biscuits. We stay in alot of premier and this has by far been the best. We will be returning!

Met with Fay at the desk. Nothing less than spectacular. What an amazing person she is. So helpful. I wish every premier in has a Fay. She was so pleasant and polite. I needed a charger for my phone and it was right there for me from a box she had underneath her seat.

We stayed at the Swindon North Premier Inn for one night in September 2023. The site is convenient for Swindon as well as being on the main road between the M4 and Cheltenham so can be used as a stop off on a longer journey if travelling that way. The hotel is reasonable, a standard Premier Inn, and did the job - staff were helpful and friendly and by luck managed to park right outside the door! Would use again if passing that way.

Perfect hotel to stay to attend a meeting . Friendly staff , clean room / bed really comfortable . Peaceful at end of a long corridor . Facilities in room all good . Pub nxt door definitely book a table . Reception will do for you . Great food , lovely staff .

I had a lovely stay. Everything clean, lovely & friendly. Food was lovely. The rooms in this hotel are just getting a bit dated with no plug sockets next to the bed etc. That is the only reason I gave it a 4. I love a Premier Inn. Guaranteed a nice clean safe comfortable room
