The room is spacious and tidy. Hob is provided in Kitchenette to facilitate cooking. However, for consecutive stay of 2 nights, they do not provide room service. There is no replacement for towels (though acceptable) but small sachet of shampoo should be provided each day. You need to put your own bag of rubbish in front of the door and they just leave an empty rubbish bag inside the room without fitting it in the rubbish bin.

Parkville Motel was a pleasant overnight stay as we were attending a wedding in Brunswick. The room was clean and comfortable and located convenient to the wedding venue and reception.

The property is 3 star at best maybe 2.5 stars. Its very old and tired. Area is convenient but its doesnt feel the safest area to be around.

Property is showing its age but is very clean and neat. Great location with easy tram access to the city.

It was nice and quiet, close to public transport and 10 minutes from the Royal Exhibition Centre where I was attending a conference.

TV remote didn't work as batteries were dead. I am suspecting my credit details were leaked to scammers from there !! Very unpleasant stay and disappointed.

Older style property with basic facilities, but I found it to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great pillows! Quiet. Conveniently located near shops. Found it easier to reverse park into car parking spaces so that I didnt have to reverse out of the carpark.

This motel has an excellent location for someone visiting Melbourne, but who doesn't want to drive in the CBD. A short walk gets you to 2 different tram lines or a train station; this gets you anywhere in the city (and beyond). Around the motel, Brunswick has a variety of restaurants, and the Melbourne Zoo is just 1 tram stop away.

Great place to stay for a short stay in Melbourne, It’s dated but in great condition very clean and checking in and staff friendly. Great lower cost place, we will stay again. Also free parking

The Parkville Motel is very convenient to everything Melbourne has to offer and provides a great option for a short stay in Melbourne.

Our room was clean and comfortable with free self parking at our door. Staff friendly and would stay again with no hesitation.

The Manager of this property has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. She was extremely flexible in allowing me to add an extra nights accom at late notice, provided excellent advice on nearby eating options and was very friendly with “can do attitude”. Thank you for providing a great holiday experience.

Close to tram, train and Sydney Road. Noisy - road traffic from about 6.30am and the walls between the units were thin. Clean unit, good shower, nice staff. Limited facilities: tea & coffee, toaster, micorwave but only cups and saucers so toast was on a saucer.
