The advertised accommodation for 6 people is in fact not at all suitable for the last 2 people: the last bed is a convertible sofa, broken for apartment 201, and this room has no blackout curtains, so you will sleep depending on the sun and the strength of the last screw! Also the dining table has only 4 chairs... On the other hand, the accommodation was not very clean: a cotton ball not ours left in the bathroom, stains of foundation on the wall, dust in the bedroom (the headboard was gray with dust, disgusting...)... The photos on the site make you dream but, for example, our apartment had its "dining room" tiles broken in which socks get stuck; the torn sofa; latches that do not hold; for the common areas, a staircase full of mess which does not really reassure... The most disappointing was the breakdown of hot water in the bathroom the day after our arrival, a technician was to come the day before our departure but never came. Paying for accommodation to have cold showers is quite frustrating. To top it off, Smartflats informs you that they are available by phone 24/7, but are in fact unreachable by phone, even our booking contacts cannot reach them either by email or by phone. The only exchange we have with them are 2 messages via chat asking us for a photo of the boiler and telling us that a technician would come... By the way, no excuses for the inconvenience caused. I had the impression of spending my stay taking pictures of the apartment, calling booking and answering emails, and all that without being able to relax with a good little hot shower. If you are not looking for comfort or customer service to match, go for it!
