It was the worst of the Sonobell branches. Among the hotel front desk staff, there is a clear difference between friendly and unfriendly staff. The karaoke room on the first floor seems to be run by a private business rather than a hotel employee, and the kindness of these people was also enough to cause discomfort. The hotel was already fully booked, so we stayed at a resort, but even if the ondol room was turned up to 35 degrees, we couldn't feel the warmth. Yes.
