I really enjoyed the stay, the staff is really accommodating, they helped doing the checking earlier as I was traveling with an older person. As well as helping with some special requests. Super friendly staff.

I booked through TRIP.COM and I canceled 2 nights, which, when I arrived at the hotel at midnight, they wanted to force me to cancel again because the platform had not canceled them. Despite having the information about the reservation and in this case having with me the number of the booking made by the same hotel, plus the transfer of the Credit Card, it was almost impossible to claim with the people at the Desk. I consider that the management and relations with the platforms are not the responsibility of the guest, so if they do not want a headache, IT IS NOT AN OPTION TO BOOK VIA THE WEB. It is important to point out that after almost 2 hours of claiming (at midnight when I arrived), I was allowed to enter after warning about the payment issue before leaving it, yes, they sent me perhaps to one of the worst rooms in the hotel (which I verified with the maids) the 413, for punishment???? for claiming something that I consider fair??? Anyway, it really hurts for the hotel chain that these things happen.....

Great hotel at an affordable price. We stayed for 4 nights and have to say I am quite impressed with the quality of the service, always delivered with a smile. Room as clean and relatively spacious, the food at the restaurant by the pool is of the highest quality offering local dishes and outstanding service. I also tried the SPA, and they were able to accommodate a massage on short notice. Certainly when traveling to Bucaramanga in the future I will stay here again.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and good hot water flow for the shower. Internet-great. Breakfast-great. Definitely worth staying here again. Great job everybody.

We got stained towels, an overstuffed fridge that caused and accident and were basically called liars by the staff. We also paid exorbitant fees unfairly for attempting to clean the mess of glass from the overstuffed fridge. It definitely feels as if our nature of tipping and taking care of the staff was taken advantage of and when asked to speak to someone in charge of everyone, we were given a runaround and not resolved at all. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it given the staffs multiple times that we were taken for fools and ripped off.
