Good 1. Location was amazing, i could reach commercial area easily by walking, but it’s a bit far from the parliament, around 20 mins walk 2. Breakfast included, buffet breakfast with normal breakfast choices e.g. scrambled eggs, croissant, etc 3. Was clean and quiet Needs some improvement 1. It was a bit crowded at the lobby when I arrived so had to wait for check in 2. The shape of the room was a bit odd, i don’t if it was only mine but the window was so small to call it as a window

I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels across Europe, and I can honestly say this hotel has some of the best service I have experienced. I have been to Budapest five times and stayed at this hotel twice, and I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is very clean and well organized.

On the first night, due to full occupancy, I was given an accessible room, which was really too big. It was much better after I changed rooms on the second day. The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls nearby, and convenient access to the subway, bus, and tram. The hotel breakfast is good; you can eat from 6:30 AM on weekdays, and the variety is sufficient.

The overall service was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. It's located right on a bustling commercial street, which is a great spot. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right on a pedestrian street with easy access to buses and subways, so all the attractions are close by. They even provide a kettle, which is a nice touch. I'd recommend staying here. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.
