Las instalaciones nuevas y limpias, desde el hall de acceso, el ascensor y la habitación. La recepción muy buena, recupero como valoracióin altamente positiva que quienes me recibieron hicieran cambios de ulitmo momento que les era posible, para hacer todavía mejor mi estadía.
En relación al servicio, noté que no tienen tendido de cama (sugiero que se exprese en los sitemas al momento de hacer la oferta) y en el desayuno que sale un pormedio del doble que en cualquier bar a una cuadra a la redonda del hotel, la oferta es pobre en relación a lo gastronómico, pero cordial en la atención.

Extremely unpleasant service at the reception, instead of politely checking in, the gentleman started making complaints. Without my knowledge the hotel canceled my reservation. The air conditioning switch in the room didn't work. Breakfast the same every day, canned ham and sliced cheese.

El cuarto no es como la foto, zona fea el hotel está lleno de indigentes fuera, es feo ,incómodo, una mala experiencia, no.lo recomiendo busque otra opción, yo vi la fotos y me engañaron, nada q ver, da miedo el lugar, el piso estaba levantado, no servia el save

Não oferece café da manhã e isso não está claro em nenhum lugar. Hotel de boa qualidade, quartos amplos. O quarto superior possui microondas, cafeteira e pia. Hotel com acesso por cartões na entrada e no elevador. Há uma recepção 24h, porém a recepção no check in cansa, recepcionistas falta cordialidade, rapidez e transparência nas informações.

Es un lindo hotel, cuenta con lo necesario. Pero la atención de su personal deja mucho que desear (a excepción de las personas que asean las habitaciones, todas unas damas). Al llegar me cambiaron la tarifa, alegando que no se incluía en el precio del hospedaje el IVA (Lo cual está prohibido por ley) y tuve un recargo adicional del 21% de lo contrario no dejarían hospedarme. La página de booking expresa tarifa total e indicaba que ya se incluían todos los impuestos, aún así, amenazaron con no darme acceso y como venía cansado de un largo viaje, no me quedo más remedio que pagar.

Hotel súper bien ubicado con estacionamiento . Lo único no tiene desayuno solo una maquina de café pero la habitación limpia y prolija. A un par de cuadras del Congreso. Estuvimos una sola noche pero el lugar es bárbaro para qued**** tiene cocina y un súper enfrente para la estadía.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Buenos Aires, perto da praça do Congresso. Quarto amplo , limpo , com uma pequena cozinha e com televisão e ar condicionado. Máquina de café grátis no térreo do lado da recepção. Excelente experiência, ótimo custo benefício, com certeza voltarei no mesmo hotel quando tiver em Buenos Aires.
