Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

Location is nice, next to the golf course. Center of town is a walking distance. Our room was OK, but there is no plug next to all beds and the safety rail on our balcony almost fell off when we touched it. Hotel interior is nice. Food was OK. Staff was polite. Hotel is full of signs with English only, that is not OK in Hungary. Once a week they organize a party at the reception area with extremely loud music till 11 pm which is really disturbing for people wishing to sleep. I watched the cleaners in the restaurant cleaning the tables with cloth picked up from the floor and not replacing cutlery left on the table by previous guests. Same goes for the plastic sheets on the table, they are not changed or cleaned after each user …. even if they spit or cough on them. Hotel shall also guide certain guest towards safe behaviour by signs, food covers, even warnings when they simply cough on the food or touch the bread loaf with fingers after touching their wet nose. Bartender shall not touch ice or lemon by bare hand in these times either.

Price performance very good, SPA area very large, everything very clean, sauna area excellent, staff friendly, food very good. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back.

Expectations of a 4 star establishment not quite met. People certainly understand the need for savings measures when energy costs are high. Unfortunately, this hotel saves at the expense of the staff, which is very scarce (example: at dinner we waited 45 minutes until we got something to drink, we had already arrived at dessert... There is also no at least visible guide or at least someone you can turn to The condition of the golf course is subterranean and urgently needs some investment, for example the clubhouse... The stay was a birthday present in a top hotel. But we were disappointed by the customer friendliness. And for a high price. We arrived at the hotel early, the room wasn't ready yet and you couldn't use the wellness area yet. You would have had to pay extra. A disgrace for the high price. There was the same problem when checking out. You also had to leave the wellness area immediately. Rip off :-( Never again :-(

The first impression at the hotel was beautiful. Friendly staff very nice lobby excellent food at the bar. But then, there are no stairs in the whole hotel, what about a lift failure (there are 2 for this large hotel) or FIRE?
The room is very nicely furnished, but there are no clothes hooks for coats (possibly wet), the wardrobe is extremely small and there is no towel dryer to dry swimsuits, for example.
The golf course is beautiful but of course you can't go for a walk there. All around there are only fenced-in meadows, construction sites and wasteland. No possibility to buy anything in the center without words.
The spa area is really great, lots of different pools, lots of different saunas, 2 steam baths and even a salt sauna. Lots of showers and even a tropical rain sauna.
The food was good, some dishes were excellent, unfortunately never hot. The lemonade was beautiful and very good.

The spa was under renovation, everything was closed, that wasn't in the description. All inclusive there was very little choice, especially when it came to drinks...
From 6 p.m. you have to get everything from the lobby, downstairs when swimming or outside there is only water to drink.
Half of the list didn't offer massages either.

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit Halbpension in dem Hotel und waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Frühstück und Abendessen. Es war sehr sparsam, unappetitlich, wenig Auswahl und einseitig, sowas haben wir in 4 Sterne Hotels noch nie gesehen. Enttäuschend 😞
