Benhas Hotel

The Wi-Fi didn't connect, and even when it did, it was unusable. Hot water flowed quite well in the afternoon and evening, but not at all in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff working there were very efficient and deserve a lot of appreciation.

From the outside, the hotel looks ok. But, there is a smell of mold/fungus in the toilet, the sink is leaking in room 801, the room lights are broken so it is dim/dark. The carpet/rug is very badly torn, the swimming pool is dirty, open the window and see the wall of the next building. Breakfast is delivered to the room, no choice. Interesting location - close to Jam Gadang & Japanese Tunnel. Not recommended

the location is close to the gadang clock. The hotel is comfortable and suitable for holidays with family
