This motor inn is in a great location very close to the Bundaberg CBD and the Bundaberg Railway Station and an easy drive to anywhere in Bundaberg. The room we had was spacious enough for us, clean and well appointed with a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and hairdryer. The lovely lady at reception when we arrived gave us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

This motel is the closest to the CBD with quite large rooms and comfortable enough beds. There is not a lot of noise from Bourbong St even though it can be quite busy and some locals like to make as much noise in their cars as they can. It’s good value for money. Plenty of off street parking.

The 12th Tee Bnb provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Bargara will find that the 12th Tee Bnb is a fantastic accommodation choice.The hotel is located approximately 18km from Bundaberg Airport. The nearest airport is Bundaberg Airport, approximately 18km from the hotel. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Bargara Beach Caravan Park, Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club and Barolin Nature Reserve.When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Bargara hotel provides parking on site.There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

We stayed in a family room 2 single and 1 queen bed. Great room upstairs with a balcony. Zane in the reception area provided us with a fantastic last minute booking and a smooth check in after a hectic trip from Brisbane. We ordered from the breakfast menu and the food and staff were great. The pool area was very clean and well maintained, it was lovely spending the afternoon there. A large umbrella table provided shade on a hot day. Thank you Zane for providing us with customer service ( helping with my internet connection ) we will be booking again in 2021.Kind Regards The Lancaster Family :)

The rooms are clean , spacious and tidy good amenities , The pool is on the small side but is a wonderful addition . The Location is brilliant . Shops clubs aything you need close by plus meals are available at the lodge The hosts are eager to help in any way possible . Would not stay anywhere else In Bundaberg . we booked the king ground floor units

Been trying to think about the positives so I can write a balanced review… but other than having an undercover park right out the front, I can’t think of any others. Upon arrival the pool gate is locked and you need to ask reception for access key. Not that you want to, it’s not clean and is green. It’s not like the pictures. The room was spacious, AC very noisy and fridge barely cools. I had a frozen meal that defrosted in the time between arrival and dinner time. Had no choice but to eat it and not get anything else to put in the fridge. Tricky given I stayed a week. Not that food prep was an option given there are no plates or cutlery in the rooms. The woman at reception, I’m assuming is the owner is quite unfriendly and untruthful. During my stay there was a storm that cut the power and I couldn’t use the kettle or AC etc in my room where other rooms had power restored. She said it was the whole of Bundaberg - it wasn’t, it was just her motel. I asked for a different room due to having no power and I was fed another lie, she said they were fully booked - they had many rooms free on the booking sites… I have other reasons I would never recommend staying here but I think there is enough here for you.

This is a nice and tidy motel. Close to the shops and restaurants. We are happy about the condition of the motel room.
