Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

I basically use Ctrip for business trips. It is very convenient and the service is also very good. If you encounter problems overseas, you can quickly get a reply from the customer service. The hotel is in good condition and the key is very convenient. There is a big supermarket downstairs. I will choose it next time on a business trip to meet my business needs. enough

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

The hotel's location is easily accessible at walking distance from the center of the historical area. It was a more feature to have its own parking. The staff was riddle and related. The rooms can change size, we had two rooms, one was a little small room but the other was large enough. The room was clean and breakfast *** meat was enough. I prefer again.

Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

The hotel is located in the center of the pedestrian street. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. It can help to park at a parking location 100 meters away. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will recommend food. The breakfast is very rich. Very good value for money

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very calm during the week. We used the spa as if it was our own. There was no one. The staff is friendly but the rooms could be cleaner, the carpets were very dusty

Tarihi 1946’ya dayanan bir hastane binasının günümüzde sağlıklı yaşam oteli olarak kullanılması çok güzel bir fikir olmuş. Milli parkların içerisindeki konumuyla doğayla iç içe. Giriş kapısında bizi karşılayan Görkem Bey ve Deniz Hanım’ın samimiyetiyle başlıyor her şey. Lobiye girince sizi muhteşem ötesi ferah bir ortam karşılıyor. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri sırasında tüm resepsiyon ekibinin ilgi ve alakasına hayran kaldık. Ferya Hanım, Damla Hanım, İrem Hanım, Duygu Hanım, Emre Bey, Cem Bey konaklamamızın başlangıcını nasıl güzelleştirdilerse sonunda onlarla vedalaşmak bizi bir miktar üzdü. Hepsine tüm emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamızla ilgilenen kat şeflerine ve kat hizmetleri çalışanlarına da ayrıca teşekkür ederim, inanılmaz ilgili ve temizlik konusunda hassaslar. Sabah kahvaltısında ve akşam yemeğinde The Quarter restoranı kullandık. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltı mevcut. Çok çeşitli olmasının yanı sıra zencefil, pancar, kuzu kulağı shotlar hazırlanmıştı ve inanılmaz başarılılardı. Akşam yemeği konusunda ayrıca teşekkür etmek istediğim konular var. Ben çölyak hastası olduğumu belirttiğim anda herkes yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Pastahane ekibine ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. Chef Mehmet Bey’in özel ilgi alakası için çok minnettar olduğumuda söylemeliyim. Garson arkadaşlarımız -başta İkbal, Berat ve Emir- insan ilişkileri çok güzel, bizimle ilgilenirken ve konuşurken gözlerinin içi parlıyordu resmen. Daha önce bu kadar keyif aldığım bir hizmete denk gelmedim. Ellerinize sağlık arkadaşlar. Gün içinde rahatlamak için kullandığımız spada buhar odası,hamam, sauna, kapalı havuz ve hava şartlarına rağmen dış alanda konumlandırılan bir sıcak havuz mevcut. Biz spayı kullandığımız süre inanılmaz keyif aldık. Bize spaya kadar hoş sohbeti ve içtenliğiyle eşlik eden Arda Bey’e tüm kalbimle teşekkür ederim. Spa müdürü ve çalışanlarının güleryüzü ve tatlı sohbetleri için bile gidilecek bir yer. Son olarak daha önce içtiğiniz tüm vitality kokteylleri ve detox sularını unutun. Gidin ve Ömercan Bey’in kendi tarifleriyle reçetelenmiş o müthiş kokteylleri deneyin. İşte o zaman ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız. Ellerine sağlık Ömer müthiştin. Ekip gibi ekip.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!
