Everything was great from start till end. I would say it’s probably even better than your own home. Went to stay as a family of 5, everyone was happy with it.

The apartment is beautiful nice 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, spotless clean, good viewing located on high floor, good mattress & pillow allowing us to have a good rest. Nearby there is restaurants & cafe. 24 hours convenience store just below our apartment.
Very satisfied with our stay. 👍

For people looking for the usual hotel experience and room service, this might not be the one for you as things here are automated and you have to request for room service.
Rooms here are very spacious and cozy. Relatively clean too, but they've got to check in between the couches. The place is located near an emart, and opposite of Lotte mall outlets. It is not located near to Haeundae night market, but there are busses to get there. I will still highly recommend this place due to its affordability and elegance.

It's definitely more of a family place, I love the location 30 min' drive away from the main attraction.
The place was very clean and had everything I needed, the LG styler was a plus for sure.
I also got a great deal for the two-day stay, was looking to stay another few days in December but the place was a little more expensive for December but looking to book again.
would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Busan

This apartment-type hotel is perfect for family travel.
Lotte Outlet nearby. Lotte World is close...Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is also close...
Songjeong Beach is also within 10 minutes by car.
Anyway, everything was good.

There's a lipstick mark on the bed sheet.... I'm staying for 3 days and 2 nights and I purposely stayed in a three room with 12 towels. If you're using up to 5 people, there should be at least 20 towels, but there's no reception and if you call, they'll pick it up at Ulsan. I stayed in Gijang. .... The floor is also full of dust.
Rather, I think a smaller square footage would have been better.

A very nice apartment hotel with self-service check-in, so be sure to check the email before checking in. Sometimes it may go to the spam mailbox. The room is very clean, the view is great, there are many restaurants around, and there are several USB charging ports. You can charge even if you forget to bring the socket.
