Was my very first time staying in a premier inn. Stayed in a premier plus room on the 10th floor. For 1 night. And I must say that the room was clean and tidy as was the shower room. Bed was really comfy and the breakfast was absolutely banging. Top notch I must say

The reception area has now been removed with guests now needing to use the self check-in facilities very few staff available to assist with not a great deal of interest. The carpet in the Premier Plus room was heavily stained by bleach or cleaned with bleach but a bit unsightly.

We booked here for 3 nights sat to Tues our room was a premier plus room 906 nice size room, walk in shower, fridge, coffee machine. Staff at the check in were lovely I would say they need more staff on as the poor bloke was rushed off his feet but he coped very well. I would stay here again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we had made plans with friends. X

We normally use Premier Inns but this one was disappointing. Supply of hot water to our Premier Plus room was erratic, and the air conditioning also. We had to raise these issues with staff. I suspect they turn off the hot water during the day. One lift was out of order, which caused a scrum at busy times. Staff friendly though.

Everything was great, I stayed for one night with queen size. The room was so clean and the sofa was so comfy. I just couldn’t find the heater l think there was just air conditioner

Room was ok,good bed and shower. However, aircon did not work so it was freezing cold. I went to complain three times until at last they gave me a heater. As I stayed for a week (visiting family) I thought they could have made more of an effort. I appreciated the location, which is very convenient.

Toilet broken so ran all night keeping me awake. Had to go down 3 floors to use toilet. Manager - Oskar refused an alternative room & said no maintenance to fix toilet. Declared offered me a solution; travel 3 floors to use toilet. Only 1 lift worked.
