Room facilities are average

This resort is outstanding. A beautiful resort that most people will enjoy - lovely grounds and facilities. The Osprey spa is a must. The greatest asset that this resort has is the disabled facilities. We stayed in a disabled villa which had its own parking bay and was fully ramped and railed to the room. Wide spaces, rails in all the right places, even a wardrobe rail that comes down to chair height. Well appointed kitchenette, mini bar, coffee machine and toaster. There is a ramp, wheelchair lift and steps down to the fire pit. Huge ramps and rails into the main pool and also into another pool. Disabled toilets are everywhere. This is the most accessible resort that we have seen and it certainly has been well designed for guests with disability / mobility issues.

I was thoroughly impressed with the smooth and organised processes from booking, to check in/out and everything in between. The entire team was warm and friendly across the resort and were always willing to assist with a smile. The facilities are spectacular and I cannot wait to book another visit to Elements. I was visiting for a work event and the catering was excellent, including delicious gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options that never felt like an afterthought. The barista made coffee at the main bar was a happy find too for those of us with Melbourne coffee tastes. It’s a beautiful paradise for relaxing and feeling cosy and special when the world is so chaotic. Just a wonderful place to visit!

The perfect location for a break for close family. Big pool for family time. Plenty of beds and umbrellas so none of the early morning rat race to claim a seat. Adult pool for escape and swimming laps. Food is good - short menu but everything was good. Family vote says we will be back.

Fabulous staff. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with happy, smiling attentive staff, from reception to the pool bar, restaurant to housekeeping. My chalet was compact but provided me with everything I could need including a beautiful separate bath with toweling dressing gown and fluffy towels and a separate lounge area. I had an opportunity for a beautiful walk on the beach followed by a relaxing afternoon at the adult only pool where I was served cocktails and delightful lunchtime snacks while reclining in my private cabana. I cant fault the dinner in the restaurant, an interesting menu, tasty food and a delicious wine. A very relaxing enjoyable couple of nights.

An excellent stay!! Spent our anniversary here and the team were more than welcoming and made us feel very special. The facilities are excellent and there is something for everyone. Would recommend for any occasion - as a couple or with a family!

Absolutely amazing! I cannot rate high enough our hotel stay. This is our second stay with our family of 5. The food, the rooms, the customers service is out of this world. If in Byron this place is a must! The pool is Haven - they also have an adults pool everything has been planned to absolute perfection.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elements. We had a superior 2 bed villa which worked perfectly for us (2 adults, 2 kids). Plenty of space, including a nice enclosed outer deck. Really liked the decor - lots of nice touches. Housekeeping was perfect. The facilities were good - food was well executed and spa seemed nice (but had no space when we were visiting - book well in advance). Beautiful endless beach to walk along adding to the chilled vibe.

I stayed at the resort for a work conference. The resort in on the beach. It has excellent amenities around the pool. It is close enough to town. The cabins are very well appointed and very large for a couple. The staff were mostly excellent. There was one officious staff member on the front desk, but she was the exception. Highly recommended.

Fabulous resort that has everything. Customer service was faultless from the buggy drivers to the bar , wait & reception staff. Close to the beach & an easy walk to Byron central along the beach. Solar train back is full of characters. Adult only swim pool served delicious cocktails & the Greek tapas bar was sensational.

The villas are a very high-standard, clean, luxurious and containing everything you need. The food was great and the spa was amazing. They have a nice tennis court as well and all the stuff necessary to play. All staff was attentive, frindely and helpfull.

Absolutely Awesome resort. Have visited a lot of 5 star destinations and this place wins hands down as our favourite. Exceptionally clean, wonderful comfortable beds and pristine grounds. The staff are brilliant and will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The restaurants were world class and the swim up margaritas were superb. Book a stay now you wont regret it. Congratulations and Special thanks to the GM - Michael and manager Monique for all their effort on putting together a world class offering right on our door step!

Excellent place to visit and stay. Visited as part of a large conference group. Staff were excellent and friendly. Villas are spread out over a large area and completely private from each other. Adult only pool ideal for a chill out if you want some quiet time I’m often sceptical of having to utilise resort buggies for transportation around the site as you often have to wait ages….. not here!… buggies arrived within minutes every time !

Such a lovely resort, well maintained with beautiful greenery and birds everywhere. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our food on property, tried all the different restaurants and room service options. The pools are fantastic, we used both the adult only pool which was fun but preferred the lagoon pool which is stunning and big enough to not feel crowded. The staff I would like to say were exceptional, always ready to say hello when walking or driving by on their golf carts. The resort is large, backs onto the beach which when we visited was washed out with the poor weather but imagine nice on a sunny day. It is a short drive to Byron if you need it and there are some great local restaurants and excellent IGA. We loved it so much we went back again a week later for another two nights following our road trip to Queensland. Very good for couples, who want to enjoy some time away.
