The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The room was great, and my family had a wonderful time walking along the beach. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Australia. Highly recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Great weekend with the family

Seems a bit understaffed, especially in the restaurants. Beach access signage needs to be updated as well as the staff need to be informed when one or more of the gates/access are closed. In general, the resort is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I came from the Gold Coast with a friend and passed by Byron Bay. We chose this hotel. The front desk service was very nice and considerate. The hotel was also very comfortable. Each person had a small villa, which was nice!

Very good hotel, it is rare to live in such an environment abroad

Awesome place , facilities and staff superb and food was also wonderful.villas have literally everything and superbly set up

Stay was fantastic, however some changes since we last stayed, no full service lunch and dinner at restaurant, was a small cut down menu with a lot of fried items, so we didn't dine after the first lunch, and went into Byron for restaurants. The pool side meals were great but disappointed the menu in restaurant had changed, maybe a seasonal adjustment or demand based adjustment. Burger in the restaurant at lunch served with stale buns. But overall still a wonderful experience, facilities 5 star, service of staff was great, nothing a trouble, spa was amazing, room standard very high. Will return again.
