Hotel has excellent location, well-divided space and a careful staff, breakfast is also good, the problem is that the site needs maintenance, is cheap in the room with easy access, hosts play very much waste near the pool area or in the sea hill in front of the hotel, that makes the experience bad.

We hosted four people (two couples), two apartments, in the last floor, the view of the city and the sea is beautiful, but the glasses were so dirty that they had much to do to enjoy it. The hotel is very good, the building is beautiful, it impresss very well and the apartment is not bad. However, breakfast is served without capricity, everything is ”more or less”. Little agility in replacing pads and cuts. Little bread variety and almost nothing from the local cuisine. . With little attention to the requests and zero sympathy of the staff of the restaurant. Even being hosted in two people (one couple) per apartment, the room service, despite request, did not provide two cups and two cups; only one unit of each!!! And when we requested cuts in the restaurant (to eat a fruit or something like this), we were denied and provided with plastic cuts by paying $5.00 per cut (see photo showing). Unlike what was reported in the reservation, the parking was charged from the part.

I had been hosting this hotel for more than 10 years, but I was exactly as I was. The location is great, the service of the TBM staff. The room has a full view of the sea, so it's worth it. But it needs urgently a good pension. The room is old, old bed, old bed clothes, the bathroom needs repairs, the window of our room was with the broken bathroom, which is a great danger for children. Breakfast is good, enough. The pool is good, it makes good use, and the fact that it is a good thing to be in the sand is excellent. I wish to return to this hotel, but I hope it will be reformed as soon as possible, as it belongs to a so renowned network.

I loved the hotel. It was very comfortable and cozy. I realized as soon as I arrived I had made the right choice. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was delicious with many options. It has restaurants nearby, bakery, pharmacy and market on the back streets, and is also about two squares from the beach of Piedade, great for a walk. The only thing that left it to desire was the Wi-Fi that was swinging. I will return again if I need it.

A hospedagem em si foi boa. O café é muito simples e tem pouca variedade. Pedi 02 refeições, a primeira veio com o frango do filé à parmegiana em quase sua totalidade cru, a outra refeição estava boa. Mas o grande problema é a vedação entre os quartos, é possível ouvir absolutamente tudo o que é dito ou é feito. The hotel is clean and organized, the breakfast is simple but well prepared, with enough options. The location is perfect and you can go to a variety of good bars and restaurants nearby. In particular, the experience was very good because the receptionist Michelle was extremely careful, performing, kind and gave us various options for local tours. The hotel team is excellent and certainly suggestive to other people and I don't want to stay elsewhere when I go back to the Recife.
