Corazon Cabo, a Noble House Resort

Our stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short. The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way. We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience. The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity. Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience. Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room. Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much. In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.

The view of the room was NOT the same as what was on the website. Be very careful which kind of room you choose!

Given how highly rated the property was, I was quite disappointed with how dirty the room was - the floor was incredibly dusted and I found dead bugs in the sink! The amenities of the hotel were nice (I.e the rooftop bar) but after never being told about a minimum consumption when using the amenity we were surprised with that news after sitting by the pool. It is weird to me to charge hotel guests to use the pool at the hotel. The food at the rooftop was good, but Aleta’s food was not great, which was surprising considering this was the restaurant they advertised as the best at the hotel. The beach club had great beds, but was stacked on top of each other. There was good service at the beach though. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend a stay here, but there were some nice aspects.

Their customer service is excellent!! And the hotel is very conveniently located and with nice amenities/ services.

Beautiful property and convenient location. The front desk staff wasn't great, nor communicative. We uograded at check in, and were told it would be about an hour until the room was ready and we would get a text to notify us. We waited an hour, no text, went to the front desk and then were told becuase we upgraded it would take longer. We waited another 45 minutes, I went back and then was told it was ready. They weren't friendly at all. The pool server was very kind, but the chips were stale, the salsa and quacamole were mid. Disappointing for sure. We wouldnt stay there again as much as we loved the location and the view!!

Please beware that this property is a timeshare. They don't want to call it a timeshare but it's a club that operates just like a timeshare. They pretend as if they're showing you the amenities of the resort only to keep you in a room for 4 hours berating you and trying to pressure you into buying into their club even after you say NO multiple times. I booked it through ******* and did not ask for that mistreatment. They should be ashamed of themselves for ruining people's vacations!!!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean would stay again. Jazzy who worked at the front was amazing and took great care of us!

This place is so bad, i do recommend it to anyone. Stuff members are terrible, bad communication and the place is terrible 😣 they steal your money

Nobody told the pool was under construction beaches were crowded with locals food was gross and expensive a water costs $7 outrageous the elevators were hot and humid all the pools were way too hot
