Marina Fiesta is an older (somewhat dated) hotel, but is in good condition. PROS: price if you get a super deal like I did; location near the marina, restaurants and shopping.
CONS: probably not worth the higher prices if you don't get a deal. They take all guests to a "amenities presentation" which is designed to get you to go to a Timeshare prevention. Location is a VERY touristy area, but has good options for eating. Getting room temperature set to comfortable level takes FOREVER and when I arrived it was SUPER cold--finally got it to comfortable but next day housekeeping turned up temp to a very uncomfortable level and it took hours of poor sleep to get to a comfortable level again.
Not a bad option but I would not stay there again unless got another super deal.

Generally not a pleasant experience
Concierge not professional messed up with a few booking details needing management for help
Luggage department and doormen are friendly and take security seriously which is good
Room is kind of old as shown in picture and oh
The pool has a lot of dead flies
For the amount of money definitely overpriced

Best value for the money and even better if you are going to go deep sea fishing for Marina is right out front. Also walking distance to everything for those not going deep sea fishing.

We were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !

The place was surprising, one of the few places with a family option. Always attentive staff and a direct hallway to the dock.

The hotel, its amenities and restaurants are amazing, but the people who serve it are totally disinterested and not kind to the guests, especially the OYSTER restaurant, they were disrespectful.

The property allowed the safety and convenience of an all inclusive but allowed you to leave the resort and eat at several excellent restaurants on the boardwalk. Easy access to malls and shopping. You will be approached constantly by vendors selling their bracelets, blankets, trinkets which can be annoying, so that is an issue. Fantastic place though, I highly recommend it.

Location:
Right on the Marina. Close to restaurants, bars and the Mall is next door. In the mall there is a very nice grocery store which makes it very convenient for getting snacks and beverages for the hotel room.
Because it is on the Marina the noise level is high. Especially at night, until about 3 am. You can hear the music from all the bars.We brought our noise-cancelling headphones and put on the Calm App when we went to bed. That worked great to keep the noise out.
Everything you need is in walking distance. You are not trapped on a property that is out in the middle of nowhere.
Hotel Room:
The mattress had a plastic protective cover, which made us sweat. I really liked that bathrobes were provided.
It is not automatic that the hotel room will be cleaned daily. You have to select which day(s) to have it cleaned and the charge is $5 per cleaning.
The check-in Process:
Be aware that after you check-in at the front desk, you are ushered to another desk to sit down with a “concierge” to familiarize you with the hotel. In reality it is a pressure tactic to get you to go to their sister property for a timeshare presentation. It was horrible experience.
All-in-all it is not a luxury hotel but an average hotel in a convenient location. Depending on the experience you are looking for, I would recommend because there are so many activities and restaurants around this location.
