Cacoal Selva Park Hotel

I've been to Cacoal Selva Park several times and this last time, I swore it was the last... Let's start with the worst: dirty pools, all the pools really dirty, full of clumps of hair, horrible, wave pools full of holes in the floor, I cut my foot, it's a danger... Bland breakfast with lots of flies, bland lunches, my room was the Macaw which I believe is the newest, all mold on the ceiling, broken locks, handles They kept coming out, from the bathroom and the bedroom too... the bathroom door was rotten... I went on the pedal boat and there was a rotten smell inside, horrible. I paid a lot for the daily rates because it was New Year's Eve, the only good thing was the dinner and the New Year's supper was very generous, with very good decorations and shows, the prices for drinks were fair... another thing that is absurd is the media on Instagram advertising women with bare butts all the time, given that it's a totally family environment, why is that?! I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I was so disappointed that I had to do it this time...

If the Administration of Cacoal Selva Park does not promote a radical change in the service structure of that enterprise, it will certainly close its doors, like others that dared to disrespect customers. 1 Entrance: You pay two different amounts and inside the premises there is no inspection regarding access to the water park, that is, customers who pay more are being harmed to have the same as others who spent less. 2 Service at the entrance; Only one attendant, completely lost, slow and as friendly as a rattlesnake. 3 Service; In order to consume anything inside the park, it is mandatory to make a consumption card, so far so good. It turns out that only one person is in charge of making it, so you lose a lot of time in line to finally spend your money (in my case I had to wait until she returned from lunchtime to attend to me, which took about 40 minutes and consumed half of my patience). There are no waiters or attendants on site and it is rare to see any employee in uniform to ask for clarification or request something, it's each one for himself. In short, you lose a lot of time to get in, when you get in, you waste more time in queues for the card and orders, when you get there you are already highly stressed and go home frustrated and with only one certainty. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was waiting more than 2 hours after check-in time for a room to be made available, in addition to being forwarded to a different room than the model I had chosen at the time of booking. After a lot of talking and stalling I went to the apar**ent model I had chosen. A lot of mess, attendants who do not pay attention to the details of the reservations and who leave you waiting for hours, I do not recommend the accommodation.

A common park, it is far below the level of the main parks in Brazil. Bad accommodation. We did not receive any service. The cuisine was basic, there was nothing special on the menu. The music playing in the room was horrible. The cabin we stayed in had everything from a broken window to a hole in the bathroom wall, through which a frog entered. Good thing it wasn't a snake. We saw practically nothing Amazonian in the park. It shouldn't be their proposal. The little that is positive is due to the surrounding forest and the monkeys that are seen jumping around the park. Reasonable is an excellent rating for this park, which has no charm.

Excelente, tudo maravilhoso. Alimentação impecável, limpeza e organização nota 10. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. O Park aquático é muito bom, piscinas limpas, piscina de onda surpreendeu. Recomendo!

Entretenimento perfeito! Experiência fantástica em meio a Selva com ótimas acomodações e comida deliciosa. Estrutura completa para lazer, (principalmente na área do parque aquático) com serviços impecáveis!

Estrutura do parque conforme as expectativas. Contudo, é preciso melhorar MUITO o atendimento (em especial, das funcionárias do setor da lanchonete perto das boias). Caras fechada, nada prestativas e má-vontade flagrantes. Simplesmente chamaram a atenção da minha esposa (!) quando precisamos de ajuda com os armários. Falta de respeito com o cliente INADMISSÍVEL.

Primeiro ponto negativo a chegada, staff nada simpática, pediu CPF a cidadão estrangeiro quando o mesmo apresentou o PASSAPORTE (substitui qualquer documento de identificação no esterior). Segundo, o recinto onde nos alojamos tinha mau aspecto, janela quebrada, tomada estragada, cama pequena, área exterior suja, cascatas sujas, lago sujo, piscinas com fundo nada convidativo, havia área em obras e outras abandonadas, chegamos as 16h e as 17 fecha o bar, vá lá ainda tomei uma cerveja. Ponto positivo, o jantar estava maravilhoso e pequeno almoço fantastico.
