I went on holiday with jet2 to this hotel the worst possible holiday ever air conditioning broken cold water showers no locks on doors mouldy fridge broken switches leaking shower trays jet2 say they don't take much notice of trip advisor when I stayed at this place everyone I spoke to had problems i have complained to them they are saying other people haven’t complained directly to them i would like to find out if anyone has. I paid €49 tourist tax for two adults and a chid in cash and wouldn't give me a receipt i would like to know from majorca tourist board if that was the correct amount

Where does one start. Only positive is location.No cleaning of room.You do it yourself.. No change of linen/ towels you have to fend for yourselves and ask for towels or get them to change linen..They say 3/4 days it doesn’t happen. Bathroom toilet barely flushed.Water hot and cold you hope for the best. Was a trickle from basin.Shower head leaking so barely worked.Pool never cleaned and is about 6m wide-10m long and 1 m deep.pic is deceiving.People complaining at reception all about the same thing in their rooms. Faulty towers would be better than here.Extractor fan missing over hob. Insulation tape used to connect wires together for light under kitchen unit( that was sitting on top of microwave.

Spent 11 nights at this place only good thing was the location .No cleaner visited the room or clean linen , had to ask reception for clean towels ,no fridge in apartment when arrived, bare wires hanging in kitchen area and balcony door didnt locked . Pool area is tiny and never got cleaned around it .Disappointed is a understatement.

Absolutely the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. No hot water, begged to get linen/towel change. AC caused smell in room. Tiny pool - beyond basic, and not worth the money. Poor security..

Positives - location is perfect and views are brilliant. Negatives -everything else!! Tired decor, no WiFi, no towels/bedding change. Doors to balcony don’t lock. No kettle or mugs, only 3 knives and forks despite there being 4 of us. No bar/restaurant which clearly there hasn’t been for some time but still advertised. Second bedroom has bunk beds with no ladder or rail on top bunk so if you fall out, it’s a 5 foot drop onto tiled floor. When we complained to rep, they fitted a toddler bed guard, not likely to keep my 6’1 teenager in bed!! I could go on but probably best to give it a miss!!

Wow views from balcony are amazing but that is it ...... no towels no shower rail no clean bedding.... electric shocks on all plugs that work its a death trap .... its a building site am not sure whats went on in this hotel before now but needs some loving and would be a ok stay if they sort the simple problems out because location and views from room are great

Dirty, unsafe, dilapidated, falling apart. Totally mis described and not fit for purpose. Do not stay here!!! And note, the accommodation doesn't have a restaurant, bar or wifi and hasn't had for 2 years!!!

Friendly personnel, however the apartment had no WiFi, no fridge, no mop to clean the floor (and no room cleaning service) and our third bed was actually a couch. Nice area though, plenty of restaurant and pubs.

Was extremely worried after reading the reviews of here on many sites but have to say that there was no need. On arrival I thought there was going to be issue as the electric didn't work not fridge but was resolved by the time I got back from the beach (an hour or two). Was too hot to wait for maintenance man etc. The sun was calling. Rooms were more than adequate. Shame there is only air con in the lounge. We ended up hiring two fans from Lower Hire which were a godsend for the bedrooms. Everywhere was clean - not pristine clean but acceptable clean. Bathroom had ample facilities. Bedrooms were spacious. Lounge was great with dining table. Kitchen only had two hobs but who wants to cook in this weather? Pool was lovely too. Nice to cool down in in August. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants somewhere to stay. Don't be put off by the negative reviews. All you need is a bed at the end of the day!
