Very nice hotel, the price is reasonable (in september) and the town is quite charming.

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights, booking with no lunch / dinner included. During check in at the reception we have been told that we could eventually enjoying meals paying extra (as in any hotel worldwide). In fact, all over the hotel there are papers stating the set menu for the day or night and the price, 21€. First time we tried to have lunch at the restaurant, it was 15.10 , restaurant closing at 15.30. The rudest restaurant manager ever denied to have lunch. We come back for dinner, restaurant was half empty. The star of the hotel, the restaurant manager, in the rudest possible way, asked us to leave as “they could only accept people with all included because they were left with one cook only”. 100€ per night to be treated like this. Shame.

I stayed one night in this hotel. I left the following day because it was not what it was described at all on their website: The room and public spaces are very old style. It was very noisy. You can hear street noise and Resident noise all night. The breakfast is very basic with bad coffee. I even found black socks under the curtain. Really a place to avoid, go to the Victoria, much better and less expensive.

Great place to relax in the middle of nowhere, healing thermal waters, friendly staff, delicious food buffet for breakfast and dinner, parking on site, renovated rooms, interesting centuries-old town.

Situado en el centro de Caldas, tiene habitaciones amplias, paredes muy finas que se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado, cama amplia y cómoda, limpieza un poco mejorable, cero amenities en el baño. Personal mejorable en cuanto a trato. Desayuno exiguo.
