When you show up you're pleasantly greeted by a security door you have to be buzzed in to enter. At this point you're probably realizing you made a mistake. It gets better when the attendant is rude and seems like she's very unhappy to see you or any ”guest”. Hotel has ridiculous policies like leaving the key at the front desk when you leave for ”security” purposes. Terrible. If you like hearing ambulances and police cars pass frequently this is the place for you. Barely luke warm water in the shower. On the bright side the shower and bathroom look nice. The room is a good size (I had the Junior Suite) and some of it looks nice. AC works well. The bed is two single beds put together -real classy. Built in ”desk” seemed like it would break if I leaned on it at all. Desk chair is absolutely un-sittable, as is the rock couch in the living room. Nice that there is a mini kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pans, etc provided. They give you two whole glasses. Really would avoid this place.

Very GREAT i loved it. This is a very great place to stay. Very first class I loved my stay. The staff was great the service was great. It is A-1 quality.My only problem is your trying to make me do to much characters take this off your survey. I am writing this review from my room 510 right now. I checked in yesterday and planned to stay one night but so very pleased with the staff and the room that I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. The only negative is that the hotel needs some loving care, all the important things that need to work in a hotel are operational but just needs attention to small things here and there, like repairing the 2 ceiling fans above the exercise eqipment. Yep that's the bad but this is completely overshadowed by the great staff, the rooms are very very clean dare to say spotless, hats off to the lady that cleaned my room 510 this afternoon, I left in a hurry and she got everything looking organized and again spotless. I spent 3 hours in the pool today and in the exercise room, although the equipment is dated and a few tiles are missing around the pool area everything is operational and the pool itself is well cared for, very clean water, great day to relax and enjoy. I liked the free parking in a completely secure area next to the hotel. The breakfast, which is included, is basic but fresh and tasty and good coffee. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the hotel is dated. I give the staff with it's great friendly customer service 10 stars if I could. The wifi can be a little spotty at times but hey I am submitting this review from the hotels wifi so it works. I paid 82.000 pesos for my room, I am solo, this in my opinion is a great value. The staff are really cool and friendly. I travel all through Colombia and I stay in more hotels than I can remember but must admit what a nice group of people to interact with here. The rooms are huge! Yes I recommend and I will absolutely stay again on my next visit to Cali.

I have visited this location in Sept 2020 during the pandemic situation. The hotel and rooms needs some love and care, but I guess that is standard for Cali so I will not review this property based on this issue. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for central travel . The rates were very low but that must to have been due to the pandemic situation. Their fitness area has just enough equipment to get a decent work out in or do your morning cardio. The food was very basic but again I haven’t experience it when the hotel would operate normally without the COVID regulations. In general this is a location would fit a stay if you come to visit for work it business and you really don’t need any amenities or services at your place of stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists who want to enjoy and experience Cali. I don’t know If I would stay here again on my return.

Room was ok had shampoo and cond. was hot because you couldn’t leave without taking key from power to room The breakfast buffet was great. The nite food service very slow 1.5 hour wait. Pool was great but freezing. After 9 pm no one was wearing masks in lobby I was scared! The pizza was great in the other restaurant ****** was fun but machine took money and I didn’t get credits. No refund The chocolate cake was great . The cleaning service was great plenty of towels . It was very hard to get to entrance and parking from a car I didn’t think it was worth the money
