Really good place to stay. Nice and clean, with aircon and even access to a salt water pool. Approximately 25 minute's walk from Five Stags - a good place to grab dinner and a few pints. The cast iron steaks and lamb were a really good experience for us.

Awesome stay here. Contact free check in handy with 9 pm arrival. Well lit address. Parking 8 feet from the door. Breakfast space very nice and shared with three rooms. I highly recommend this B & B for anyone staying in the Cambridge, NZ area.

I booked one night stay for my daughter as she was travelling down island to Wellington. She really loved the facilities - spacious, clean. The owner was very accommodating and friendly when she told him she would be arriving after their check-in closed. Quiet area and she felt very safe.
Her only slightly negative comments were:
1. No soundproofing between the 3 units, so they could hear basic noise from adjoining unit. It didn't affect them, but with a different neighbour it might have been noisy.
2. The breakfast was basic and small - it was fine for them because they don't eat much breakfast but again, others might have expected more.

Loved our stay. Rooms are clean, cosy and quiet. Easy check in and out. Comfortable and inexpensive. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

The property is located at the very back of Leamington, a 30 minute walk to main township of Cambridge and the majority of eateries were not open on Mondays. The room was called the Marina room however there was no view of a lake or anything except a vacant field. The breakfast was a muesli bar, fruit, yoghurt and water, the website needs to be updated as it stated Continental breakfast but after going through it states breakfast to go.

Nice and clean and spacious with easy parking. The breakfast was just a few muesli bars, yogurt pots, and under ripe fruit which you could buy from the supermarket for about $5. Easy check in check out.
