It was a very disappointing experience.
A) the hotel staff had no idea on tourist attractions or tourist places.
B) they offered few help for problem solutions, they lacked of training.
C) we wated 2 hours for our room to get fixed (the doors battery got stuck)
D) bathrooms are very old, and not friendly with elder people. I suggest a safety carpet in the bath tub.
E) Some rooms do not have hygiene kit.
F) Nevertheless the breakfast was delicious.
