O hotel está situado em um ótimo lugar, o staff é gentil e atencioso, o café da manhã é excelente, mas a estrutura dos quartos deixa a desejar. Nossa cama não era de casal e sim duas camas e os colchões estavam tortos, para quem tem problema de coluna como eu, foi uma experiência horrível dormir.
As varandas não tem cadeiras, o que torna o espaço inútil para ser apreciado.
Não há ventilador de teto ou ar-condicionado, isso no verão é um problema grande, passamos calor durante o dia e tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta da sacada para poder entrar algum vento e refrigerar o ambiente, correndo o risco de encontrar algum animal silvestre durante a noite.
O lugar é perfeito, mas o dinheiro gasto em uma diária e tendo este retorno não vale a pena voltar.

Campos do Jordão tem muita falta de luz, e um hotel desse porte sem gerador eh um caos! Hotel não têm room service! A infra é antiga! Restaurante e atendimento deixam a desejar!

A estadia no hotel foi perfeita! Não temos nada oq reclamar, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo, e o quarto bem espaçoso e confortável.
Acredito que foi a melhor escolha que podíamos ter feito, pois a vista desse local é de extrema perfeição e ficamos muito contentes com tudo.
O café da manhã tem bastante opção, acredito que em uma primeira refeição a pessoa fica contente em ver pães, frutas, cafés e iogurtes. E tem itens sem lactose, e para nós isso foi fundamental.
Para nós, foi formidável e não temos nenhuma reclamação a fazer. Obrigada por todo empenho.

O atendimento é perfeito , porém na chegada ,no dia anterior à noite e de manhã na saída ,não tinha água quente para tomar banho , disseram que o problema estava sendo resolvido ,mas até a nossa saída não havia sido resolvido . Amo café espresso ,e em um hotel dessa categoria ,não imaginei que não teria ,nem pagando . Fora isso,o quarto tinha a vista das montanhas , achei a escada da sala para o quarto ,um pouco preocupante , pois o primeiro degrau de cima para baixo, è muito estreito , não quero e não estou falando mal , mas sempre sou sincera nas minhas avaliações , o hotel de longe è muito lindo ,mas de perto , requer umas manutenções como pintura e rachaduras . Tirando a água gelada do banho ,são apenas minhas observações , pois esperava um pouco mais . Sobre o atendimento ,impecavel . Sobre o café da manhã ,poucas opções para quem não come doces ,nem um bolo lowcarb ou yogurt sem lactose .
