Very nice atmosphere, tasty meals, clean and well-kept room. I am very pleased with my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Bus stops located nearby. It was a 5-minute walk to the beautiful, sandy beach.

The hotel is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. It is well-run and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The catering and room-servicing work well. It is well-situated in the centre of Can Picafort.

Everything was very good! The rooms were spacious and clean! The food was better than at the other restaurants in the city! The pool was very clean and large! The hotel staff was very kind and professional! A successful vacation! Thank you "Montecarlo"!

Nice hotel Nice pool and bar area also indoor pool and sauna and steam room breakfast and dinner where good only thing could have better access to boiling water and breakfast tea bags that aside I would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a really good time in the monticarlo. The food was excellent. The menu changed Daily. The staff was friendy. The location is great. The pool and the beach was clean. The entertainment was great. I like to also mention that the frount desk staff the tui represenative made i stay awsome.

Really good service from check into restaurant to bar staff. Very good food choice and quality and bar prices and choice very reasonable too. There was always a pool area bed or space during the day. I would highly recommend.

What a joy to find a great hotel that has walk in showers, a must for me & so hard to find even in 5star hotels. From the moment I arrived the reception staff were so welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Although the majority of guests are German I was not made to feel unwelcome as a minority Brit. Plenty of choices for food and always hot & constantly replenished, with the restaurant staff working so hard and again always smiling. The guest age range was a mix with some children but mainly adults, not sure it would be the same in school holidays but the hotel does not really have any children activities. The hotel is situated a couple of blocks from the centre and just another block further on to the lovely beach. Will try to book for later in the year

Hotel is mainly frequently by German and Spanish clients. However not a problem as staff show no bias and are very helpful and polite to all. . We had a room on the 7th floor but this is not a problem as there are two lifts which have recently been updated. Only slight problem was that on the end wall there was a vent of some kind which has been used as a nest for wasps. They did not trouble us most of the time but during the evening we had to keep our window closed to stop the odd wasp coming into our room. Not a problem for the heat because of pretty good air conditioning. Food is fine with lots of selection which should suit most tastes. Only crItisism would be bacon at breakfast which is very singed. No problem with staff who are very helpful and always willing to help.

Air ventilation had mold and caused sewer smell in room. While asked for help staff they called maintenance man but didnt fix air ventilation just the waterlock in the shower so i couldnt use aircondition in 29 Celcius. Also room has a red pillow witch presumably has been in others peoples used beds because pillowcase cant be changed.
