Amazing stuff, very polite and ready to solve your problems. Hotel rooms is new and clean. Very close to the beach, like 2 min.

Canceled on the first day, because they turned me around to Mexico City without explaining the reason, there was no communication from the hotel, they didn’t even refund any percentage

The room was good, the staff service was awesome and parking was easily available. I liked that there is a pharmacy accessible from the hotel which is open 24/7.

The value and the location of this hotel are great, compared to other facilities by the beach in Cancun. The room are nicely decorated but the hotel itself has the atmosphere of a mall. Our room had a large glass window which made it impossible to get a dark room at night. There were no facilities to hang your clothes. The access to the beach is about four blocks across the street and there is a nice shopping area right below and next to the hotel.

The cleaning service was very bad, the drainage system was also very bad, we left the hotel on August 9 because we could not stay there more.
