Quarto grande e confortável. Equipe prestativa e atenciosa quando convém. Contudo, na última noite faltou luz e ocorreu um problema no gerador. A luz ficou indo e voltando. De manhã, faltou água e não tinha previsão de retorno. O café da manhã possuía produtos diferenciados e de qualidade, porém, se chegássemos às 10 h (o café terminava 10:30 h), não ocorria reposição dos itens. Constrangedor e desnecessário tendo em vista que estávamos de FÉRIAS!
Também fomos surpreendidos por uma TERRÍVEL E BARULHETA OBRA no andar sobre nosso quarto por dois dias consecutivos, iniciando antes das 8 h. Os funcionários não impediram a continuidade da obra e ainda nos questionaram sobre o horário em que deixaríamos nosso quarto, pasmem! Estávamos de férias, férias!!!! Outros hóspedes também se incomodaram com o barulho. Pedimos que os barulhos fossem interrompidos até umas 10:30 h pois nossas filhas estavam dormindo, contudo antes das 10 h a obra recomeçou. Inacreditável.
Tentam nos vender uma "experiência Jangal" mas ficamos frustrados com tais acontecimentos. Não se retornaremos pois foi nossa quarta vez na Serra Gaúcha e nunca ocorreu isso anteriormente.

Suíte incrivel, com bastante conforte e espaço. Tivemos o azar de faltar água na cidade durante nossa estadia, o que acabou prejudicando a experiência como um todo. No entanto, a estrutura e atendimento são ótimos. Sugestões: a academia poderia ter alguns aparelhos multiuso e o eat kitchen poderia oferecer mais opções no café da manhã.
